This morning placed my typical mobile order and the picture is what I received. Looks like someone drank out of it. I can make a damn good latte for myself at home but was on the run and stopped by. Will not be back again and Dunkin really shoukd rethink their business practices bc I won’t be the only business they lose with their cheap business practices.

Worst service and mangment ever. Went in at 630 and ordered kiosk only. Worker standing at the front counter never said they have no donuts given they are open till 9. So 2 and a half hours to go and no donuts. The worker watches me pay and then tells me o sorry we don’t have any donuts and I can’t give you a refund you will have to come back in the morning. Go back in the morning and talk to the manager and she make it all my fault and wants to argue with me about it. Will never go back and recommend no one go here.

Absolutely pathetic customer service! Openly ignoring and ridiculing customers is unacceptable. Staff in serious need of proper customer service training. Should hire people that actually appreciate a job!

Not usually a fan of Dunkin but this one is a for sure go. The staff is friendly. The donuts were super fresh and tasty. Not to mention the Iced Matcha Latte tasted better than expected. The egg white veggie bites are okay. The prices are reasonable and the speed of service is superb! The music is also a hit for me. The only slight downfall is the lobby cleanliness. It wasn’t filthy but the tables could be wiped down.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Today went and got Bagel bites they were still frozen in the middle. The guy working then proceeds to take the bag back after I had taken a bite and “reheats them”. Also due to “budget cuts/ there too expensive ” they don’t offer pup cups at this location either.

My wife just stopped here and bought a bucket of munchkins (donut holes). There was no variety in the bucket as she received 50 blueberry munchkins. It’s not the quality of the product that was bad, but the simple fact that the photo showed a variety of flavors and she was not asked about that but given one flavor, while expecting several.

First time here today. You walk in to a Kiosk that is labelled to order on it for quick service. I wasn’t sure if we could even go directly to the counter to order…all we were getting was a couple of donuts. So, we ordered on the kiosk. 2 donuts. Paid and waited. And waited. And waited. The staff was busy making coffees, and drive thru folks packing stuff and serving the window. After 15 minutes I leaned over the counter and asked if someone could help us and get our order. A gal assisted and looked up the order and got it for us. Is there no common sense to see what was ordered and just grab it? No reason we had to wait so long. There was one other lady in there who was waiting for a drink, it was not busy inside the store. We were the only other people until another person came in. Just didn’t understand the process here. Will probably go back when its in our bones for a donut, but will do so knowing we may have a long wait.
