I once lived in Oregon City and visit my mom here all the time and we were so excited to stubble upon the soft opening of Ginza (since had grand opening). It’s a gem in a town that needs some more diversity! So fresh, great service, fun drinks, and reasonable prices. My favorite was the skewers, try them all! The decor and ambiance is so tasteful, unique, just a vibe for a nice dinner or a casual appetizers with friends.

We feel so lucky to have a place like Ginza Sushi in downtown Oregon City! The food was incredible and the ambiance was cozy yet fun—perfect for both families and date nights.
We went on a busy night shortly after they opened, and even with only two servers on the floor, they were attentive, kind, and clearly doing their best to take care of everyone. We ordered fried rice and three different sushi rolls, and everything was delicious and fresh. There’s so much on the menu that we’re already excited to come back and try more!
We came with two adults and two kids, and they were very accommodating — offering a high chair and kids cups without us even having to ask. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Definitely a spot we’ll be bringing family and friends to.
Have a little patience and kindness as they’re still getting settled!

We visited Ginza Sushi & Asian Fusion last night and had an outstanding experience.
The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, and the service made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Everything we ordered was delicious. The katsu chicken was outstanding—perfectly crispy and cooked just right—and the sauce that comes with it is absolutely amazing.
We also ordered the California roll and the shrimp tempura roll, and both were excellent. Honestly, it was some of the best California roll we’ve ever had.
What really stood out was how kind the owner was. She even brought us a mushroom dish that we hadn’t ordered just so we could try it, and it was fantastic. That kind of hospitality really made the experience special.

Ginza Sushi Asian Fusion in downtown Oregon City is one our new favorite restaurants in the area! The food was delicious and the restaurant atmosphere is peaceful. We tried the salt and pepper squid and pork buns and well as a couple sushi rolls and the katsu. It all tasted fresh and flavorful. Would recommend coming here!
