After living in Rhodes for a few years, I finally decided to try My Thai for the first time after passing them multiple times traveling around Rhodes town. I ordered delivery through the Wolt 3rd party delivery app.
I have to say everything I tried tonight was amazing, quite literally 10/10. I ordered the lemon chicken which was fried to perfection and in the most exquisite lemon reduction / sauce.
I also couldn’t help but order the chicken salad, one of my favorite dishes at any Thai / Chinese restaurant (a childhood reminiscence). The chicken salad was everything I hoped it would be, perfect ratio of salad to sauce, just enough chicken, and the vegetal blend & mango brought it all together, topped with peanuts.
I finished my order off with a fried ice cream, not sure how it was going to come or if it was going to be authentic, as I’ve never been to my Thai. The fried ice cream was 100% authentic with a crunchy fried outer shell, and a nice cold frozen inside of vanilla ice cream with whip cream all around. The perfect ending to my meal, and the ice cream for sure helps sooth your stomach.
Truly so glad I tried My Thai, and I can’t wait to go back and try multiple other dishes that I was looking at on the menu while selecting my order.

My wife was in the mood for some Thai food. Before getting there we thought it would be some wannabe Asian/Thai restaurant. But we arrived in a very clean and inviting place with delicious food. I’d advice for sure. Great sushi, real Thai dishes…we loved it.

Food was absolutely amazing. I visited Rhodes for 3 days with my partner and decided to try Asian cuisine, and I can honestly say that I underestimated the food. The sushi was tasteful and amazing, and the chicken chow mein was lightweight and delicious. We also ordered chicken wings which were glazed in a delicious honey sauce. This restaurant really impressed me and I would give it a 6 out of 5 if I could.

The Thai curry was a big disappointment – bland in taste and completely overpriced. To make things worse, rice had to be ordered separately for €5, which is normally included and was not made clear at all. For a Thai curry with duck, a small portion of rice, and a small water, I ended up paying €28. The vegetables tasted canned and not fresh– nothing authentic about it. It didn’t seem like it was cooked by Thais either. Honestly, checking online how to properly cook a Thai curry would help. I can do it better myself at home. Overall, poor quality and absolutely not recommended.

Prices are a little bit high, but considering that you cannot get a decent meal under 10-12 euros/person in Rhodes… they are ok.
Instead of eating a dry souvlaki with french fries, I’d really just recommend people to come here and eat beef noodles or crispy duck with pancakes.
Waiting times might be a little bit longer during rush hour – but not more than one can handle. Staff is very friendly.
