Wow, this is a hidden gem you’ve gotta try! Very clean facility, large menu with lots of variety, and dedicated cooks/prep stations for both hibachi and sushi. The friendly staff member at the counter made it easy to order and assured me my takeout would be ready in 5 minutes or less. Seconds after ordering, a hibachi chef emerged from the back to begin cooking my meal. In the end, I was out of there in less than 5 minutes and thoroughly satisfied with the food quality. I will definitely be back soon, thank you!!

The food and service were great! Counter order food, but the food was great! We ordered different types of sushi raw and cooked, and it’s as if we had gone to the fancy Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you. We also got the hibachi vegetables, and they were delicious! Everything was a good portion size, which means a lot for sushi. Definitely would go back for a quick Japanese experience! Not to mention the timely manner the food was made to order!

Some of the best sushi/hibachi I’ve ever had in Charleston! Service was great, you order at the counter and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Would definitely be back! Recommend the American Dream roll.

The gentleman that rang us up was extremely sweet. We got a variety of food both the first and second time we ate there. Each time was just as delicious. The food is priced well, and the sushi was a good size and not huge bites that choke you or force you to eat it in two bites like some other places. Conviently located. Food was faster than fast food restaurants! Only suggestion I have is if possible, make it so we can tip on our cards in case someone doesn’t have cash. The employees work way too hard to not be tipped! Can’t recommend enough. Very sad to go back to our home town and not be able to eat there frequently!

Came in for lunch special, ordered chicken and steak. Used the bathroom (which was clean) because cashier was on phone. When I came back, there was now someone ahead of me, they ordered two plates of the same thing I did. After I ordered and paid, they came to me and told me they were out of steak, and would I like shrimp or xtra chicken. I choose to the shrimp. I subbed the soup for spring roll (was told I couldn’t sub soup for a fountain drink). They left my spring roll out of my order. I went back to the restaurant to pick up the missing spring roll and someone else was ordering the chicken and steak but they were able to complete that order and the other one(2) but not mine???

My story.. went to one in EASLEY S.C. fell for their MANGO MILK ICE TEA came home and found out the one in Charleston on rivers Ave DON’T make MANGO MILK TEA they do have BENTO BOXES we ate, I have to say very good BENTO BOX nice and crispy and enjoyable I recommend this place let me know what you think!!! Maybe some day for the MANGO MILK TEA!!!! hahaha ❤️
