I just stopped by this Ginos and popped into the bathroom before ordering food. There was feces all over the toilet and wall, like a whole lot, thick and dried like it had been there some time. It was so bad, I did not order food. There’s absolutely no way any customer or employee is going to be able to wash their hands and exit that bathroom without spreading feces germs all over the place, and potentially the food. I left. I’m pretty sure leaving a public bathroom in a restaurant in this condition is a crime, and if it’s not – it should be.

It was fresh and fast and their food is amazing their drinks are cold . They are very friendly good hospitality and I recommend people to come to ginos spaghetti and pizza place in mount hope or where ever your located they serve subs and salads sandwiches and pizzas and calzones, many more items.

They were busy with customers at the drive through, but it was empty inside and quiet. The waitress was very nice and service was great.

Customer service is terrible. They blame the customer for their lack. The manager does not care and is very rude. After working all day and cleaning my whole house afterwards I sent a family member to pick up my food as I was exhausted. It was cold and inaccurate. It definitely wasn’t fresh and I requested a refund to my card. I was denied because I refused to drive down there as tired as I was also, my baby was asleep. The whole point of having someone else pick it up was so that I didnt have to go back out. The manager blamed my family member for the food being cold when he was already on his way to get it when I was placing the order….. she then asked me to bring the food tomorrow as if I would just starve for the night ?? No choice but to eat the trash we were served not only that but I had things to do the next day so I wouldn’t have time to run old food back to their store in the opposite direction that I was going. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service.

Everytime I eat here there is an issue. It’s unfortunate though considering there is only one other restaurant in Mount Hope. The other restaurant being a dine in more formal type of place. Once I received a pizza that was burnt and dry, keep in mind I’m not the type to complain about food. I took that back and received credit for my next purchase. So next time I got a pubwich and pizza. The pubwich had rotten lettuce on it, one piece was so dark and molded looking. So I went to return the pubwich and I told the manager what was happening and they never apologized just said they would refund me. I wanted them to know how big of a deal it is to serve spoiled lettuce. I showed her the lettuce and her comment was “It looks like an olive.”, now that goes to show how dark and nasty that lettuce looked. It’s a shame too that I walk about a mile there then a mile back to get food that isnt even eatable, just to walk another mile there for a refund and another mile back home. Who really knows how many times this happens or has happened. (P.S. I have contacted you threw the website. Two different people called claiming to be the person in charge “head honcho” of this particular location, then took my address to send me coupons for the bad expiercene. F.Y.I. I dont want to spend money AGAIN with the possibility of this reoccuring being very high. Also it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing in the mail.. I will be sure to warn everyone, as my subscribers and followers already know all about how this corporation treats its customers.)

I mean I get prices went up every where . But come on they change their price everyday seem to me. BCS I can order the same thing everyday all week it be a different price each day. How is that. Now I know Tuesday but one get one but even on that day they raise the prices on the pizza about 4 buck so it’s like it not getting any thing for free . Tell me should a med pizza with pepperoni n chz and a home style spaghetti cost 38.00$ ??

Food was great, and service was lacking enthusiasm. We entered and were not greater. We stepped up to the counter and told her the name on the order, and she said it was about ready. No casual interaction, stale smiles, and we got our order and left. I don’t make a routine of visiting this establishment only when I want pizza due to its being close to my daughter’s house, and we don’t have to go back to Beckley for an order.
