Wonderful Subway experience. The location was super clean. Food was fresh hot and delicious. Nicole (manager) is Wonderful. Service and speed was top notch. This Subway location far exceeds other Subway locations. Please support this local business in New Brighton!!!

Do not use the app to order from this store. They will take your money and put a hold onto your account even when they are not open. Then refuse to refund your money. Subway has no customer service agents any longer and will absolutely not care if you have a problem.

Watch your total. The cashier will add a tip in and not tell you. Tried calling the store, no answer. Tried contacting corporate and this store is not recognized with their system.

Stopped by for a larger order of sandwiches for the office. The ladies did a great job putting them together and they all tasted delicious! This location was very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend stopping in for a sub if you are looking for something fast and good!

I would give no stars if I could literally have never posted a google review before but felt the need to for this one, we put an order in on the app they took our money and the app says it was received AND FINISHED we get to the store and the doors are locked an hour and a half before close. Great business model. Delete Subway

Very friendly employees and the food was good, we like the protein bowls. We didn’t like the new pretzel stick was not good and turned out hard cause subway microwaves them… why not put in the toaster oven?

Service is good, but I’m not paying two dollars more than any other Subway. Signs saying “inflation is real” while the owner pulls up in a 90k Tesla. Nah, I’m not paying that bro, sorry. SHEETZ is better anyway and 4 dollars cheaper for the same sandwich.

The prices are way higher than any other subway. The owner chooses not to honor franchise coupons. Even when I don’t have coupons I will not return to this location. How are you going to price gouge and not honor coupons?
