Very surprised that this place has such a sub par review. I’m a truck driver and it visited here on. 7/14/25 in the evening with my 2 granddaughters. Our food was great and the service was awesome. Like someone else started, there seemed to only be one person working but he was prompt and very nice. I would definitely come here again. We ordered a Philly sub, honey mustard wings and a calzone. Gad 3 pizza order and 2 baked spaghetti’s. Went home and see that my pepperoni and green olives pizza is pepperoni and green peppers. They had me bring the pizza back in, they set it on top…where they put new outgoing orders, then make the correct pizza. It was not started til I arrived…which on the phone they said give them 15 min. The time was not my issue. Bringing the pizza back in that I had already taken to my house was the issue. Once in our hands, just like any fast food… you cannot take the food back. That makes me wonder if I’ve ever received someone else’s pizza they messed up! I will not be ordering from this ginos again.

Had Gino’s cater 25 pizzas for my wedding for a unique and cheaper dinner option.
Called 3 weeks in advance to prepare for the catering in which we were told it would be $8/per one topping 14” pizza and $12/per deluxe 14”. And to call back closer to time to place the order.
One week before I placed the order and the price was confirmed again. Time for delivery set. And was told to call only 30 minutes before delivery time to pay and give address of delivery.
I called when they opened day of to pay instead and confirm. The 3 people I spoke to were all confused and weren’t prepared for my order. They said they’d have to call me back and after about an hour was told they could still make it work and would be delivered by 5pm. Then went to pay and the price had gone up over $100 more than the original quote but I wasn’t in a position to get another option so I had to pay it.
Fast forward to 3:30pm we called again to confirm they would be delivered on time and we were told a driver would be sent by 4:30pm.
5pm came a past no driver. 5:15 came and past no driver. 5:30pm, 30 minutes after food was expected and now cutting into the reception driver finally arrived unapologetic.
Pizza also had incorrect quantities of each type.
Very unhappy with the outcome. Don’t recommend trying this Gino’s for any occasion.

It’s unfortunate that the food at this Ginos has consistently been sub par. Placed an online order for delivery, called back about 90 minutes later to check on it and was told they didn’t have drivers so the order was canceled. They tried to call with no luck…no biggie, I’ll pick it up. I arrived home with this overcooked mess after placing my original order 2 hours earlier…that was the cherry on top.

Never have delivery available but still ordered because the food is usually great. Ordered calzone with pep, cheese, mushrooms and sausage. I pretty much got dough with a few pieces of pepperoni and 2 mushrooms and sauce. No sausage at all. And was way undercooked. Had to cook 10 minutes after it arrived.won’t be ordering again the food has gotten terrible. Wish I had taken a pic to post

Food was ok but didn’t follow directions on our sandwiches. We ordered ham and cheese sandwich with extra meat and extra cheese. One of them we did not want the extras but asked for tomato. They made all sandwiches exactly the same. Didn’t get the extra meat and cheese we paid for and the one had no tomato. They were not even busy so I don’t understand why they couldn’t follow easy instructions. Ugh

Every time my wife and I order from this establishment we run into issues. The last two times have been the worst. First time I ordered online. Got there they said that it takes 15 minutes from the time I place the order till it’s done. It had already been 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started it yet. Ended up sitting in the driver thru for over an hour. They made it wrong twice. Dealt with the manager both times and he assured me that next time I ordered it would be on the store as a make up. Called to get the replacements a week later and they refused. Then last night placed an online order but forgot to add something so I put it in the notes and called ahead to explain just in case. Got there I was over charged and still didn’t get half of what I asked for. Every time I speak to the manager he is rude and disrespectful. The staff don’t care enough to make the food correctly.
