Looking for a late night bite on Sunday. Found this place. Pizza crust was basically burnt. Breadsticks looked like some store bought, frozen breadsticks with a hand full of cheese thrown on them. No flavor. Was hoping to find that new spot…. Nope. Disappointing. First time. Last time.

Found this pizza place for a late night bite coming from the airport. Its so good! We just had a 12inch cheese pizza and it was awesome. Thin crust with phenomenal sauce and lots of . Worth stopping by. So glad we got to try it. =] keep up the good stuff!

It was late, and I was standing under the awning to get out of the rain while waiting for an Uber. I figured while I was there I’d better get something to absorb the 1000 beers I had earlier. Staff was really friendly, joint was clean, quick service, and the pizza was awesome. Glad I stumbled down that road, definitely saved me from a lethal hangover.

What a wonderful place!
The owner was so nice and gave us the history of the store and his family
I will definitely go again! Felt more like dinner with family than a restaurant

Gino’s pizza…best place to come at 11 pm after a great night out at ESB. Great pizza and breadsticks. Dining in or delivering, always great service. Love the staff and love Gino!

I wanted a BLT pizza and this was the only place around that I could find it on the menu, I spoke with the owner when ordering and he was so accommodating and kind, they made me one of the best BLT pizzas I’ve had, highly recommend Gino’s especially if you appreciate real authentic pizza dough!

I did a little research on pizza places fairly close to the hotel and decided on Gino’s because of the reviews. It’s a carry out shop with a couple of places to sit, but nothing fancy or extravagant. All that aside, you’re dealing with a place that has been a family owned business for 53+ years. I met the owner who is the little kid in the logo from when this joint was operated by his parents. He’s a wonderful, friendly guy who takes pride in what he’s doing. He told me he worked all day in the yard and still got in the shop to make what I have to say is one of the best strombolis I’ve had anywhere. Please do yourself a favor and order from Gino’s and maybe talk to the staff. You won’t be sorry!

I grew up in the NYC area and so I’m quite familiar with the pizza found at the center of the universe (NYC). The pizza here at Gino’s is without a doubt the best pizza I’ve had outside of the big Apple. The sauce was phenomenal, as well as the cheese and toppings. The crust was just right—not too thin and certainly not too thick. We also had a side of mozzarella sticks which were awful but the pizza more than made up for it. I recommend getting the marinara sauce (of which there is plenty in each cup) and dipping the pizza crust in that. Will definitely be coming here again if I ever find myself in Grand Rapids in the future.

Honestly, I feel like it was a cheese pizza and then they just threw the toppings on after it was done and reheated it but the subs are

Out of town guest here, ordered multiple items and found the Bread sticks were great. Sometimes less is more: crust was above average however too much sugar in the sauce and way too much , toppings were good, cheese was good, but man… don’t ruin a good thing by covering the the crust with too much. I should have ordered the nonnie without tomato sauce
