Came here as a traveler from Ohio and decided to get Ginos not knowing there was one here in Ida (where I live there’s one right down the road from my house)
The ladies there are super friendly and the pizza and boneless wings were S Tier.
This place should get more business despite it being in a small town outside of big cities.

Horrible experience. That sickly looking pepperoni slice was $4 with hardly any cheese. That small amount of breadsticks was $7. I’m very disappointed because I used to eat there every year before attending the parade of lights. This is bad customer service and in no way an attempt to keep customers happy or coming back. I will NEVER return. Oh yeah and don’t forget they charged an extra $4 to use a debit card that I was never made aware of.

Woke up craving one of Gino’s Special pies! This place is so delicious every time! Haven’t had them since they catered a birthday party for us last fall. Our young guests gobbled up all the creative-topping pizza (taco, a bacon ranch number, some exotic cheese bread varieties) and all the vintage guests loved the classics! Lovely staff. Sometimes they are in a rush however that’s understandable. Yet they have been friendly and kind. Use to order from all the time before they came under new under ownership. The owners have done beautifully with the place. Pizza is still great. My only complaint is, I had ordered my first ever calzone tonight with since the ownership, I noticed that it’s not well balanced with ingredients. I got cheese and pepperoni. They didn’t put enough cheese and seemed to over do the pepperonis.
If you like it that way then it’s great. However I personally prefer it more balanced.

I’m 5.4 miles away, $8.00 delivery fee. Plus had to wait AGAIN for another 20min for the rest of my order to be delivered from Ginos because it wasn’t brought the first time. After paying $4.00 for using credit card and delivery fee. Honestly, When you’re craving pizza and a Pepsi, it feels like torture when you get the pizza and have to wait another 20+minutes to get that cold Pepsi to go with ur pizza. Your food is GREAT but this delivery fee, credit surcharge and forgetfulness is an issue. Thank you for trying to make it right. And no door dash isn’t better price but maybe they would make sure the entire order was there the first time.
