Waitress informed us that Internet specials are better than dine in so ordered online and took forever for order to come through to restaurant. Very affordable dining for our family though, less than $5 a head.

Ethan was spectacular at taking our order and ensuring that we got all of our items and in a timely matter. My sister also said that he was nice in the drive through and that he needed to get a raise. Good customer service shouldn’t be hard to come by but it is and Ethan was great.!

We visited today for lunch, the ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT AT NOON MIND YOU. We were getting off the lunch special menu, we were told last time we visited that to upgrade to the salad bar it was a $1 more. We were not told any different and mentioned it to the waitress today. We were not told until after getting the salad bar that it was only a side salad. We told the waitress our side politely on what we were told the visit before. Then comes out the manager, yelling at us from the first word that came out of her mouth after we told her what we politely told the waitress. This is not our fault, the customer, nor does this require yelling at the customer. This is very very very highly inappropriate. This is a disgrace that we the customers had to endure this highly inappropriate interaction with the MANAGER. We will NEVER be coming back.

They’ve stepped up their game this year. Used to be an ok spot but now it’s an enjoyable place to go. Food is always made quickly and exactly how I want. Never fails to satisfy my hunger whether it’s for a meal or a late night snack. Staff is pretty friendly but not overly friendly where you get a little uncomfortable lol…although there is one lady in there that always seems a little…spacy…but she does a good job! Would highly recommend

If you miss the dine-in Pizza Hut experience, I highly recommend Union City’s location. First, our server was both super friendly and attentive. Second, the restaurant was clean (a little dated) but definitely up to par. Finally, the Supreme Pan pizza and the bread sticks were spot on and unlocked some core memories. I already recommended a stop to four friends last night and I will be back soon. I also plan to check out the salad bar at my next stop. Thanks for a fun, delicious, and nostalgic Friday night.

We ordered for delivery 2 hours ago and they said we would have our food in 45 minutes when we called them they said it’s been sitting here they just didn’t have a delivery driver. So our food had been sitting there for an hour and nobody thought to call. When we came to pick it up they had our order wrong. Terrible experience will not come here again.

Ordered pizza and cheese sticks with extra sauce. I got my pizza immediately once I reached the window but had to ask about missing cheese sticks, was told sorry please move forward to wait for them to be made. Once I received I drove home only to find that my sauces were missing so had to drive back to the store upon waiting again in line got my sauces and returned home to eat a barely warm pizza along with poorly prepared and cooked cheese sticks so I know some of this is my fault for not checking my oder before pulling off.
Would like to mention I normally get good food and service most of the time.

We enjoyed the deal available to us. The only thing is I would like the option to order on line, pay on line, but eat at the resturant instead of only pick up or delivery option. Some good deals are only available on line orders. Not same deals available at the resturant.

I find it strange you call them “boneless wings” when it’s breast meat.
I find it unfair to order naked wings, but get charged for a dipping sauce, but if they’re pre dipped there’s no charge. Doesn’t seem right.
