Terrible…avoid at all costs. One person working in the entire restaurant who asked me to repeat my order multiple times. It took 20 minutes to order one sandwich. Never again. Jimmy John’s is two exits away and worth the drive.

We ordered on Door dash and they’re supposed close at 9:30 as stated on Google. But they closed a little before 9 and they weren’t picking my calls even though they’re supposed to close at 9:30. So our order is probably sitting there waiting for someone to get it, but the store is closed so we cannot receive our food. Hopefully we get our money back!

Every single time we’ve used an online order our orders have been wrong or the food has been poor quality sometimes even both! Meatball marinara was ordered.. received the sandwhich practically without the marinara and the meatballs may as well of been bricks. The place has had plenty of time to get it together since opening and only seems to get worse. Kind of a waste of space at this point. Better off with a tornado off the kum and go floor.

Management was having a meeting with staff in the lobby and she seemed very disrespectful towards the staff. Most of which are younger workers, I want them to know that there are better jobs that will treat you with respect out there and they don’t have to put up with that if they don’t want to. The manager really needs to work on how she’s talks to people.

They oviously need better training. I know they just opened so i will guess it is improper training. My daughter went up took almost 1/2 hour to make 2 6 inch subs. She said no one seemed to know what they are doing. I got a 6 in steak and cheese. Very little meat on my sandwich and part of it was gristle and rubbery. My bread was either over toasted or stall. Almost 3 inches of it was unedible. And i wanted mayo but not doused in it that is the only thing that you can taste. I will wait a few weeks and try again. Hopefully they will be better trained.

Worker dustin was anything but friendly. I could hear him yelling at a younger girl in the backroom. (she couldn’t have been older than 15) Then when he came to take out the trash he split the tips between himself and a different co-worker, then turned to me and began complaining about the younger girl in the back. Saying she wasn’t getting any tips from the tip jar because she was having a bad day so she wasn’t doing much. Then went on to complain about subway and how everyone has to do their part, but when I was at the BP I saw him and the other worker standing outside beside a wall (which i assumed was to stop the younger girl from seeing them). As he kept going on the younger girl walked out and turned back around as she knew dustin was speaking negatively about her, but he kept going. I stuck around a little longer and saw the girl interacting with customers. She was super polite and never raised her voice, unlike her other co-workers.

Not good when the server just got done licking his fingers, then wipes his hands on his pants, then tries to make your sub before washing his hands. That’s flat-out gross! What’s the point of hand washing signs and steps if you’re not going to do it in the first place? Makes you think about what they’re doing when you’re not watching! I even had to ask him to wash his hands before touching the food, he then said “yeah sorry, not something you think about you know?” Then washes his hands and touches the sink while waiting for the paper towel to dispense. Insane. I come here a lot, this is going to make me second guess coming here.

Horrible service order wasn’t ready at time of pick up according to the app very rude employees it’s always ready by pick up time on the app.. not tonight tried telling me 15 minutes after pick up time like I said it’s always ready on time.
