The pizza was a disaster. Cut like a kindergartener cut it huge & tiny. Too much sauce, couldn’t eat without a knife & fork. The peppers were horrible. Wasn’t cooked enough either. Ended up tossing the rest of it. However, the fried ravioli that was great!. Won’t bother spending money there again.

The guy making the pizzas was wearing a tank top … and somehow it didn’t bother me. He looked like he knew what he was doing. The Neapolitan thin-crust pizza was good. Loved the cheese and pepperoni, liked the sauce but wasn’t crazy about the crust. Its consistency reminded me of a dinner roll. My date, however, did like the crust.

Ordered crispy crust, NOT crispy. Ordered light cheese, NOT light cheese. I will NOT be wasting $20 for a subpar pizza from here again. I’ve had better from Little Caesars. Threw it away and ordered from elsewhere. Avoid this place and drive to Baldwinsville location.

Unfortunately this location has seemed to go downhill. Second time I came to get a slice around 5pm. All the pizza was old and clearly sitting since lunch time or earlier. I thought maybe it wouldn’t be awful after they warmed it up but I couldn’t eat it or the knot I bought. The slice somehow tasted freezer burned and the knot was absolutely from the day before at least. It was stale. I threw everything away after one bite of each. I used to work at a different location 15 years ago and they made the knots fresh daily and got rid of old pizza throughout the day. I would understand if I came in around closing time, but it was 5pm… there is no excuse for old pizza out and stale knots that were baked a day or two prior. Not to mention it was completely dead but every table was filthy. I paid 11 dollars for an old slice, stale knot and a drink. I went down to the retreat after and paid less than $15 for a fresh grilled chicken wrap and fresh fries.

Went in at 8:15 and ordered 3 subs. We were asked if we were dining in or taking out. We asked what time they closed and they said 9:00 so we decided to eat in. We got our food almost 20 minutes later and i’m sure it would’ve been great other than the fact that the rude man making pizzas was telling his coworkers very loudly that he wanted us to leave and he wanted to go home, using very vulgar language. He was being very belligerent and extremely disrespectful, mind you it still wasn’t even 9:00. This was after we had spent over $50. We decided to take our food and leave but we were extremely unimpressed with this behavior and most definitely will not be coming back.

Should be illegal to charge for pizza that was super uneven, disgusting and the toppings were all cut super weirdly and like the peppers were huge??? I don’t want a fourth of a pepper chunk per slice lol not coming back. Also the boneless wings were basically sauce less chicken tenders

Walked in to get a couple slices and wow what a experience. Kid behind the counter sold me on the special two slices and a soda, $8, what? Ok seems a little pricey but I still went for it. Went to get my soda and the ice machine was broke, kid had to get on a stool and bang the ice machine for it to work. Ok, then I look behind the counter and the girl on the phone taking orders is sick, I mean she had the plague. Coughing and picking her nose and blowing her nose all over everything. Ok, I say to myself maybe she’s not handling the food. Low and behold doesn’t she turn around and man handle my slices into the to go box. Touching the parchment paper and folding the box to put the pizza in. This place looks like it’s on its last leg and so does the food.
