My Fiancée and I have driven past this place a million times. When I learned it was a restaurant I made a Valentines day reservation with a lot of hesitation. I was wrong, my feelings were wrong and this was a perfect example of not judging a book by its cover or title (cafe?). As soon as you open the front door you’re hit with a sensation of garlic (vampires beware), and a view/atmosphere that makes you feel like you walked through a wormhole.
The bread and oil like any great Italian restaurant was as good as could be expected. The candied bacon wrapped dates and goat cheese bruchetta was sweet and a perfect perfect appetizer. The Italian wedding soup was perfect and the meatballs seasoned to perfection. We both got the Picante Ribeye… I have in the past decade failed to get a steak at the right temperature… it’s either so rare it came from the farm out back or so well done it’s ten minutes from being beef jerky. This. Steak. Was. Perfect. in temperature and flavor. No notes…
To top off the experience Jon the gentleman that served us (I believe he said he was a manager too) made us feel welcome and stood on business in talking up how authentic their food and the quality was. No recommendations were bad and he earned his restaurant 2 very happy returning/regular customers. Thank you so much for a lovely experience on our Valentines day.

What a great little place to dine! The food was amazing- I especially recommend the Calamari, Gorgonzola Pear Salad, and the Tiramisu. They offer really delicious mocktails which was definitely appreciated. Our server John was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations. Will come again!

Enjoyed a nice end of tax season celebration this week and were wowed with the service of Mr. Kyle!
To the owners of Giannis, we observed an energetic man who paid attention to us and the other large parties around us, it’s encouraging to see employees who were passionate about what they do.
We have eaten here before, not frequently, but never a bad food experience. Kyle recommend the Eggplant Involtini as an appetizer and we shared the Braciole- nice cut of flank steak and the Veal Vesuvio. As always, the dinner entree comes with a soup or salad, which was a generous salad along with fresh baked bread and the accompanying olive oil and parmesan cheese. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the meal and even more satisfied with the service of Kyle!

My partner and I decided to try this place because it was close to the theater. We’re glad we did! While it seemed that the dining room wasn’t quite big enough for the crowd they were drawing on a Saturday evening, I think that speaks positively of the menu. Both of our dishes were served in a timely manner, at an appropriate temperature, and in generous portions. I enjoyed my lasagna, but my partner said that the chicken spittini he ordered, while good, was a little on the bland side. All in all, we enjoyed our experience at Gianni’s and will most likely return.

Large selection of delicious food. If Austin is your server, just relax and enjoy; he will make sure everything runs smoothly. We can’t wait to return. Limited ambiance but excellent food and service outweigh that.

We went with friends tonight and had a fantastic time. My eggplant parm was light and crispy and the pasta fagiol soup was one of the best I have ever had. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was impressive.

10/2022 3* Quaint little place. Had outdoor seating as well. Came in to order to go. From the start the lady in front was not so friendly. No smile, not friendly. Could be a bad night for her, not sure. But I ordered from the menu. Place was quite small and crowded. And EXTREMELY LOUD inside! Too loud for me to ever consider eating there.
I ordered simple spaghetti and italian sausage to go. Extra sauce. Came with Soup. I chose Pasta Fazool. Total was $24.
Ugh! Took over 35 minutes to get the food. Might be a bad night in the kitchen too. Not sure. But that is too long to wait, especially for spaghetti. Got home and it was dry. No extra sauce on the side, and certainly was not any on the pasta. The sauce was dry, the sausage was tasty, but again dry. The soup was, ok. Just ok. Never need to try it again. On the positive side……. The bread was great!
No need to return here. And probably no need to try one of the other locations. Disappointing. Left still wanting some spaghetti from somewhere.

This restaurant is a honestly a little gem… The food is amazing! Everything we ordered tasted great. The chicken cacciatore was superb. Eggplant parmigiana was fantabulous. The portions were huge. The cocktails were crafted just right. The chocolate cake was delicious. Great service, nice patio dining space, cozy inside and reasonable price point. Overall highly recommended!!
