After multiple bad experiences in the past, either with quality or general service, I decided that I would give this place another shot. I can not say that I was disappointed! Everything was fresh AND correct this time! (It doesn’t sound like a big ask, but it has been with many establishments recently)
I called in to commend them (not complain) on the drastic improvement and was able to speak with the new store manager. She was very caring and thoughtful and really appreciated the positive feedback. Thank you Conni and crew!

I was there for the buffet at lunch, which is been all right in the past, I would give it a 3 usually.today was a very different excuse. Yes I got there a little before 1, but the buffet runs until 2, at least it has in the past.. I get there there are remnants of four pizzas, too combo Supreme whatever two very dried up pepperoni. One of the pastas was old also, while the other and very fresh. So I wait for something else to come out and get salad. Apparently most of them were finished or nearly finished, and it was obvious the intention was not to bring any more out. I can’t eat onions, so I may do with some of the really bad and old pepperoni. The only server working out front finally came by to pick up my used plate, completely ignoring the fact that my drink was sitting empty. She’s too busy picking up all the tables it hadn’t been cleared for the last 20 minutes or so probably, there were several old tables there when I walked in. Finally, someone who looked like she may be a manager type brought me a new drink, but left The Empty Glass on my table also. I finally went up to the counter to ask if any fresh pies were coming out. The manager type person said no they weren’t going to bring any more out but if I wanted something special they would make it and bring it out. That doesn’t make much sense, so I asked for sausage and mushroom. Something innocuous and easy to make. 15 minutes. by that time I was rather disgusted and was looking at some of the better looking pasta. Two slices of the new pizza and I was ready to go. I don’t feel bad for making them essentially waste new pie, but this was a horrible experience. As I said, I’ve been there several times before, and while it was never spectacular at least the service was good, and the pizzas were fresh. And I’ve been there this late in the day. With my long background in pizza restaurants, all of which had lunch buffet specials, I know it can be done better. And it certainly had been done better in the past. I may try it once more, but I don’t know.

So I went in last week and ordered wings. 30 bucks for 18 wings. Ordered well done and they were soggy and still raw to me ( I’m weird about chicken). Well I answered the survey sent to my email and expressed I wasn’t happy about wasting that money. The manager called me back the next day! She apologized and put 40 bucks on my phone number. I ordered them today along with a few pizzas and they were excellent. What impressed me the most was the call back. Honestly I appreciated the money back but the fact that she personally called me back about it, thank you!

I used to go here once a week for Pizza and/or Wings because it was really good and their delivery people have usually been really nice and on-time, but lately I’ve been considering going somewhere else. Wings are frequently barely sauced (unlike other Pizza Huts I’ve been to), pizza is usually decent, but on my last couple of carry out orders, my food was not ready until 5-10 minutes after it was supposed to be. When I’ve had an issue, I’ve found that while the employees are usually willing to help, the manager could care less and has excuses for everything.

There is a very friendly employee here in the Crystal City location named Bill, who gives the greatest customer service. I had to give him a shout out because good customer service is hard to find. I have ordered pizza here many times to go and eat in dining. Eating in is a treat because the pizza comes to you fresh with a crispy crust.

The service was good, pizza was good, the tables were the worst. This restaurant is not that old, the tables have need of being refinished badly. They are quite dirty, and poorly finished. It would seem to me they would want to make the customer experience much better. We brought that up to our server, and felt like she didn’t think the owner would be interested. Anyway, a fair experience. Can’t rave.

Extremely disappointed. We order ONE large pizza. We we’re told that they only had one driver for the night and they were running behind, understandable, and told us it would be an hour. Two hours later we got our pizza, but it was cold and disgusting. I would have appreciated the call that our pizza wouldn’t be getting to our home until 10pm…very frustrating. I might do carry out, but never delivery.

The food was amazing. I almost feel bad for the staff as they had only two cooks, but when we asked an hour ahead of time if we could pick up our order a bit early I normally would say, “no big deal” when they say they can do it and don’t..don’t tell me you can do something and then it’s not ready until 20-30 minutes after the original time. Especially when I have to wait as other orders walk right in and pick up things as they’re finished. We gave you over an hour’s notice.
Update: Gave it another try..forgot part of my order..food was good, but employees just seem beat down and unhappy.

We usually go to pizza huts lunch buffet 3 to 4 times a week. They used to be very good at keeping up with pizza on the buffet. Something has changed for the worse in the last few months. They can’t keep up with pizza on the buffet when it slow or busy. I was there a few days ago & didn’t have any salad because the lettuce was old looking. I was there today for the lunch buffet and there was no lettuce to even make a salad. Mind you they were busy, but I was there for over 30 minutes and at one point they had no food on the buffet. No pizza, breadsticks, pasta, cinnamon sticks and still no lettuce to make a salad. There was only one waitress and she was doing her best to keep up. The manager came out to help a little and then goes in back to start slamming pans around which he always does anyway. Yes the whole restaurant can here it, but I guess he just doesn’t care. Pretty sad that doesn’t represent Pizza Hut very well. I love the pizza, but after today, I think we will have to find another restaurant to frequent for lunch.

The new melts was made very cheaply we ordered a pepperoni lovers it had 3 pepperoni on it and we got a meat lovers it had very little meat in it. We also got chicken Alfredo it was dry no sauce eating dry noodles wasn’t easy they was crispy we was very disappointed with or order …they advertise the melts would feed two people no it wouldn’t it’s two pieces of thin crust pizza flipped over just very disappointed
