Seafood are their strongest suit and the experience could be better if our waitress didn’t come off ” hustling .” “You need your change?” Like, you have to ask for your change ?!? There seems to be expectations for big tips period. Poor customer experience!

It was the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life!!! I ordered DiMare and my husband had lobster fusilli. Both of them were excellent with their unique sauce. Grilled Octopus was the day’s specialty and it was amazing. You can taste the flavor of charcoal grill. The waiter was only so nice and professional. It’s highly recommended.

First restaurant and first time in Boston and am so impressed with this restaurant. The quality and flavors of all of our dishes were top notch. They only accept cash which was inconvenient for customers (however, they do have an ATM the min you walk in). Ordered the fusili lobster with house sauce, salmon fettuccine, grilled octopus, lobster ravioli, shrimp fettuccine and broccoli in garlic sauce. Overall a 5 star experience!

Stopped for lunch and were treated like family. Our server Rosie was delightful. The food was phenomenal. Prices were lower than expected and there was enough for a meal at home as well. Sorry I didn’t get a picture of the fried calamari and roasted peppers. They were so so good and went way too quick. The fresh bread and olive oil were heaven sent.

My friends and I drove out from New Jersey to have lunch here for my birthday. Well, what can I say other than it was worth the 4 hour trip!! The atmosphere felt like I was at home. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. The food……. WOW! no wonder it’s 1 of the top 20 Italian restaurants in America!! Everything was fresh and creamy! I would definitely drive back here again!

Great service! Me and my wife’s first time in Boston and heard the Italian food in the north end is a must try. I was timid to choose cuz there is so many options. But I’m glad we chose this one! Feel like family right when you come in, great daily specials and delicious bread to snack on as you wait for your meal. Note it’s cash only!
