The food was good. However, the service was horrible. The waiter barely spoke, didn’t even introduce himself. The wait for drinks and food was very long. The white sangria we ordered was awful. We went somewhere else do dessert because we could not stand to be at this place with such unfriendly and arrogant server. When we left we asked his name because he never even bothered to introduce himself. His response was that his name was Frank and that the hostess should have told us his name.

This restaurant did not live up to its 4.6 rating. I held a reservation last Saturday and many things disappointed. Upon arrival we waited a half hour for our drink order and go figure the next bottle order was out of stock. Dinner took over 2 hours to be served. When questioned, our waiter was very apologetic stating that seatings were overlapped and tickets were backed up in the kitchen. Several patrons walked out and at no point did management check on tables to offer assistance to their wait staff. With a 7pm reservation we did not leave until 10:30. Had it not been for a dinner with friends, I too would have walked out. The food and price point was not worth it.

WOW!!! Are you kidding me!!!?? The steak was amazing (I had that last time), but the thick bacon and out of this world pork chops are to die for! The staff was friendly and Gerard, the owner, always in a great mood came around to almost every table personally.

I recommend Gerard’s Prime 13. Nice menu choice of appetizers and main course to choose from. Food was delicious and service was also very good. Portion size was above average. The presentation was very appealing! Staff was very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Honestly, we did not stay to eat. I would say this is a 5-star restaurant atmosphere was delightful, staff very polite and attentive. I took one star off due to the price. Everything is sold ala cart so if you are looking to spend 150 a couple with no drinks this is your place. We wanted something less expensive.

Good steaks. But that’s it. Server forgot the salads. Chicken was dry. Scallops over done. Mac and cheese was bland. Calamari was rubber. But the Kansas City was charred just right. Onions were a nice sweet surprise with the charred steak. Tuna steak was good but not awesome. It misses the mark especially with NYC prices.

Was traveling home to Normandy Beach and decided to stop in for a steak. Wow it’s big but it’s the old Charlie Browns. So called ahead for a table for 2. No wait at 6:00, nice hostess, walked through bar area saw they had music by the bar, sat in a room away from music. Waitress Victoria was great! We started with a cocktail she explained the menu and didn’t rush us. Drink was solid, order stuffed mushroom A+, both of us had the upgraded salad Caesar (needed a little extra dressing on top), blue cheese wedge, then onion rings to die for with our 2 filet mignons that were cooked perfect. You could have all types of toppings on your steak that looked delicious. Perfect meal but the musician was too loud. I feel music should be enjoyable during dinner not so loud you can’t talk. I’ll be back.

I thought it was spectacular . From start to finish . Our server Kelly was wonderful . Everything was brought out in a nice relaxed pace not rushed. I would definitely come back again and totally recommend it to anyone . This was my family’s first time and definitely will not be our last .
