This was the first time we dined here! We chose to try the dinner buffet and really liked it. The duck tased really good! The seafood was fresh! Our servers Yin and Li, helped us with food and drinks, super friendly. The manager Ching was greeting and taking care of the guests at the table too. Really enjoyed dinning atmosphere! There are complementary deserts at end, presented beautifully and very yummy. We would definitely go back to try the other chef’s dishes on the menu.

This buffet has now become my go to buffet when I come to Vegas, I was there when it first opened in February, then came back in August as well as September, I was glad the buffet finally comes with soda or tea and desserts. It is a very small buffet but I like every single dish they serve. I am more of a seafood person rather than meat, they have 7 kinds of seafood include sea snails, raw oysters, raw scallops, shrimp cocktails, split crab legs, clams in black bean sauce, and lobsters (Chinese scallions stir fried lobsters or sampan lobsters). Their peking duck is a delight with the right amount of fat, cooked to the perfection. I don’t need a huge variety like at Wynn buffet or bacchanal, this is just perfect for me.

Great restaurant! We did the buffet option and while there are less options, they are higher quality than what you’d get at a typical $30 Chinese buffet. On the pricier side but you’re paying for the atmosphere being in a Las Vegas resort. Our server Yin was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed to make our dining experience the best it could be.

Came to Genting Palace seafood buffet for the second time in two months and it continues to impress. While the variety does not compare to buffets like Bacchanal or Wynn the quality here is top notch.
The selection is well thought out. For seafood lovers there are fresh oysters, jumbo cocktail shrimp, crab legs, mussels, clams and lobster. For meat lovers there is Chinese braised brisket, roast pork and the highlight : Peking Duck. To our knowledge no other Vegas buffet serves it and the quality is equivalent to Mott32 with all the accompaniments.
Service is impeccable and reminds me of the customer service in Asia. Our server this time was Jennifer and she was attentive and checked in often without interrupting our meal.
If you want an elevated buffet experience with high quality Chinese dining and excellent service Genting Palace is highly recommended.

Food was amazing and very authentic (I’ve been to China). Our server, Victor, made the whole experience even better — he was attentive and really enhanced the experience. We never felt like just another tourist couple in Vegas. Highly recommend Genting Palace, the Peking Duck (Make sure you ask to have the soup made) and definitely ask for Victor!

not sure why the poor rating. my experience was beyond the moon. 70$ for the buffet, unlimited Peking duck, lobster and snow crab. best deal IMHO although folks may feel that the selection is small. cocktail shrimp was tender and tasty, crab was tasty and not overly salted. get the drunk package. I meant drink package lol. worth the 40$
