Bragged to my co workers about how good Geno’s is and then they delivered this … WAY too much cheese on what parts they actually put cheese on….it was SUPER greasy and disgusting! Sadly disappointed in the food we received, especially after raving about how great Geno’s usually is. Not sure what changed but it’s no good anymore

This Genos was the filthiest place I ever seen in a Pizza chain. Especially, in comparison to its own chain. Dirty tables, greasy floor, staff not waring gloves appropriately. At least six staff on seen. Not a busy place. Yet very dirty. Someone is slacking and are just collecting a paycheck. Customer Services is mediocre. We ordered our Pizza and asked for water. Waited for water cups. Totally got ignored. Awaited a little longer to see if we would be noticed. No, the crew goofing around at the back. Therefore to express our dissatisfaction. You get 0.12c tip. After which, staff see the tip and start complaining and B*** about it w/ the rest of the staff. Imagine the dude who left you with 0.1c in which it would have been the only thing if could give you. What should you say? First of all you wouldn’t even care about it. Remember this great lesson 0.1c is already better than zero! …We get the word that a pizza is burn they have to re-do, after they all ran at the back who know what they did to the second pizza. The pizza arrived one looks okay and the other not! After witnessing such a poor service and such a filthy place. No confidence is eating or finishing the pizza. So disappointing.

I ordered online at 4:49 pm entered all my info for delivery and at 5:55 pm I call to follow up on my order and am told it was pick up. I explained I put in my address, the sub division name for a pick up? It even told me my delivery fee would be 6.00. So they tell me they will get my order done and delivered, it will be 45 mins. At 7:15 pm I called to cancel my order and they said my food was almost here. At 7:30 pm the driver arrives keep in mind my order was 127.00 for 6 people that have been waiting since 4:49 pm for food. The food is all cold. I left them for issues like this 3 yrs ago. Welp won’t be going back a second time. Sad my daughter went and heated up a hot dog because she said it tasted better.

Today is August 10. I just went inside to order for the first time and changed my mind. There was a pizza guy in there. I watched him scratch his head and then touch his nose and then reached for some bread and cheese to finish making pizzas and sandwiches didn’t wash his hands and had no gloves, I couldn’t leave a review without giving a star. They don’t deserve that one star.

Awesome job with the chicken wings and Italian sub. The staff was friendly and helpful and the night manager I believe ( Chris) was excellent. Suggested the cream cheese dessert it was good. Will be back more often

First time at Geno’s. Very polite staff, greeted immediately, took my order quick and my food was ready as told to me. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza (added black olives), loaded fries, and cheesy bread. The only thing was the crust on the cheesy bread could’ve been baked a little bit more. The pizza is excellent, the loaded fries are incredible, and though the dough on the cheesy bread a little under baked….. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I will definitely be back and will be sharing Geno’s with my family

Ginos pizza in CB has always been very good and the food cooked has been consistently fresh. The young men and women that work there are courteous and make everything from scratch there. Would recommend it to anyone.

Dirty ran by teens who dont care and who just want to socialize instead of doing there job. Soda machine area had soda and liquid every where very sticky. No tables cleaned food all over the floor. They had a paint bucket full of ranch on the table and ranch was every where. No one was in there there eating now I know why. Nervous to even eat the food made.
