Hands down some of the best Italian I have ever had. The chef and his son both grew up and lived in Italy for most of their lives and their passion for food is clearly evident in the restaurant’s menu. The restaurant is designed in a sort of family dinner layout at each table and sharing is encouraged. The upbeat music and vibe as well as server who was willing to answer any question I had really added to the whole experience. I highly recommend the pizza and tiramisu to anyone visiting, you won’t regret it!

Went in today to try something new and left with mixed emotions about the experience. I’ll start with the service. Our waiter seemed either scared or nervous to attend to us. By the looks of it he was the only waiter in the restaurant. We had to ask for menus which is one of the first things that you should be handed at a restaurant. After deciding on our orders I asked the waiter the difference between two menu items that had the same name and he had no clue about the difference. Our drink orders were nothing complicated, iced tea and a cucumber martini. That in itself took longer than expected. They pride themselves in “mixology”, the cucumber martini was horrendous. After the person that prepared the drink saw my partner’s reaction to the taste she offered to add a sweetener to it, which still only gave it an okay taste. Our food finally came out only to find out the waiter got my partner’s order incorrect. That added another inconvenience. I will say that the food items we ordered did have an authentic taste and not the typical Italian restaurant food chain taste. The atmosphere was relaxing and easy to enjoy but the service from the waiter to the incorrect order did leave a bad taste in our experience. We will more than likely give this restaurant another chance but bad service can only get one strike.

Good Authentic Italian Food, good enough to make a table full of Italians wanna come back! The food is all authentic traditional Italian. The flavors that burst from these dishes are a welcome change from the Amercianized Italian chains that you’ll run into just down the way. The service was spot on with us. She was welcoming, informative, and lovely company. The view from the deck is one to enjoy during sunset! And the chef manning the kitchen is a true Italian, through and through.
With a product this good we’re surprised not to see this restaurant marketed throughout the valley. With such a rare treat of a menu, we were baffled that we hadn’t heard of it. Sure you see it from the highway as you drive by but if it wasn’t for the fact that we wanted to dine by the pond view at our old location we used to visit, we would have never figured to stop by.
Truth is, we’re happy we stumbled upon this place.The hospitality from a local restaurateur is hard to beat and we hope to see Geko thrive and stick around for years to come,

Geko’s is bad, I’m sorry, but it is. The waiting staff was lacking, the cooking lacked flavor and the prices were too high for the lacking quality of the food.
My wife and I both ordered pasta, I can compare her dish to bad ramen noodles. And mine, their house specialty to microwaved meals from the local store.
Avoid this place, there are better choices.

I love this restaurant! I have always received great service and the food is fantastic. The atmosphere created by the decorations and layout give great aesthetic pleasure. A great place to take a date or a family!

Geko’s food is delicious! Therefore it is very sad the service leaves a lot to be desired! Not to mention, I was charged $1.90 for parmesan cheese without being warned there would be a charge. The food makes me want to return, but the service will make me think twice. Unfortunately this was a second go around with the same results
