ZERO stars. Received an extremely raw chicken sandwich today (2/21/24 11:45am) via Doordash. I don’t typically inspect a sandwich prior to eating, as I trust that such a popular fast food chain would be following proper food handling procedures. Due to this misguided trust, I took multiple bites of this raw chicken before realizing something was not right. Photos and video attached. I will NOT be eating food from here ever again.

Dirty tables, water all over the floor with no wet floor signs. Poor service, slow. The people who take the order have no experience at the register. There is no proper training on the job. The management is low quality. Food is never fresh and almost always they get my order wrong completely. So over all I’d say this place is horrible.

Watched a female server sneeze all over the frozen slush area and did not even attempt to cover her mouth. I informed the manager and he did not seem phased. I suggested he close that service until it could be cleaned and sanitized but I saw two other drinks made after that and one was by the same manager I informed about the incident. Space is clean but sanitation and the care and well being of customers is truly lacking.

My large fry box was half full(no, I didn’t NEED a large. I sure did want it ) My plain spicy chicken was only plain because someone scraped the mayo off before wrapping it. This location is hit or miss. You may get good service, or you may not. Your order may be correct or not. ‍♀️

Waited in line for 25 min got to speaker box with 3 min left to close to pickup an uber eats that should of been ready to pickup and some guy comes on and says there closed can’t make any food like ok but you’ve known about this order over 30 min now being a pickup order it should of been on your screen already and been made long before store ever closes o and you should fire whoever came on you box they are throwing business away and making you lose money so why are they even employed by you???!!!??? That’s not how you stay in business # Wendy’s night crew needs to get it together!!!

Since you can’t contact Wendy’s directly about their restaurants, I’m going to address it here.
This location has been going downhill for the last few years. I don’t know if it’s management, employee training, or a combination of both.

I ordered a pretzel bun double baconator combo for here. It took a little bit of time to get my order, which I understand. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food.

The first issue is why ask me “for here or to-go” if you’re going to hand me my meal in a to-go bag?

The second issue is there is no ketchup in any of the dispensers, and that’s probably a good thing because they didn’t look too clean.

The third issue is that there were no napkins in either dispenser, so I had to go back up and ask for them and ketchup.

The fourth issue was that the Coke Freestyle machine was out many of the flavors. That was one of the things I was looking forward to was a raspberry coke.

The fith issue is the fries were just above room temperature, and from the looks and taste of them, the oil needs to be changed in the fryers badly.

The sixth issue is I ordered a double and only got a single. Went back up and the manager didn’t seem too thrilled to hear of the issue. But she got it fixed quickly, but no apology.
By the time I got to sit down and eat my meal, the fries were borderline cold.
The tables and chairs were clean, so it wasn’t a total disappointment. But something has to be done at this location. It’s been one issue after another up until today where nothing was correct.

I won’t be back for a while, if at all.

on and was later fired for doing the same thing to many other customers. Sometimes the service is great and sometimes it’s awful. One time I was handed a frosty that was complete liquid. Then, other times, a great chicken sandwich… please work on your consistency.
