The food is rarely fresh at this location and they ALWAYS mess up special requests. I waited more than 5 mins for my food to be gross. Tacos we sort of hot but stale tasting and the burger was gross. I think the only fresh thing was the bun and tomatoes. I will never be back to this location. Save your money and go to another burger joint down the road.

Breakfast 3 sandwich combos, all different. Hash browns so greasy soaked threw bag and several napkins at home. Ate couple bites then tossed. Ham paper thin, eggs on sandwichs the same and over cooked, dry. Very disappointed, use to be lots better. Decided I would rather pay more and get take out from regular restaurants. Not worth eating this fast food.

I was biting into the now middle part of the egg roll and it had folded up paper in the middle of it, made me throw out my whole meal because I was disgusted. The WHOLE order was already an unbelievable price of 53 dollars for 3 meals but to have 2 pieces of

This is how I received my new Cluck Combo special. It isn’t even a full chicken breast. It was thrown into the bag and it is a complete mess. I had to ask for the side sauce I requested before getting to the window since they forgot. The employees were not wearing gloves and one of the employees hands were absolutely filthy. They also hardly acknowledged me when I spoke to them. Too busy trying to do other things which is understandable but not when you receive this disaster. I would have went back to get a refund but by the time I discovered this and thought of their dirty hands it just wasn’t worth it. I threw it out.

Great Jack in the Box, the system was done and the Staff took care of us in the best way while having the system updated. Quick turn out on food always hot and fresh. They also have the Coke machine that has everything even a large selection of zero-carb products.

I truly do not understand the incompetence of the staff here. I have never left a negative review on google but because my orders have been wrong not once, not twice, but now three times in a row I feel very inclined to do so.
The first time I was given someone else’s order entirely, the second time the drive through employee dropped the bag on the ground. They offered to remake it but was missing an item when they brought it back to me. And this time I triple checked that all the food was correct. I get half way home before I take some of my drink and the drink is wrong. Truly the absolute worst service here.
