I called another Mexican restaurant in town asking for catering/large order and was laughed at. Garcia’s has wonderful people to deal with and was able to accommodate a large order and let me borrow their cooler to take all the food and keep it hot. I had the tacos (beef, chicken & steak) all great and a really good & spicy sauce. The people I bought lunch for recommended the nachos and the tamales (only made certain times). There’s no where to eat inside and is cash/check only. If this place is a little out of your way it’s definitely worth stopping by and trying their great food and service.

This is strictly take out only. You order on their porch and pick up there too. Its standard Mexican foods. I was really hoping for amazing authentic Mexican food close to home. I had chicken and steak tacos. My chicken was dry and my steak was tough. We also got a ground beef burrito and I was told that meat had and off texture too. I’m hoping it was just an off night, because it’s close, convenient, and seemed more authentic than most places around. The prices weren’t bad either.
