After driving for 11 hours, then sleeping in the vehicle, we woke up hungry. We found this Subway and ordered one footlong Philly cheese sub and one 6″ honey mustard BBQ chicken – for breakfast!! Lol! Both were delicious!! The two women, Shelly & Megan, who worked here, were professional, caring, helpful, and it was fun to chat with them! (Thank you, Ladies, you made my day start in the very best way!!)

BP and Subway Store 127 in Verona Virginia is so blessed to have Ms Megan working there. She was sweet, polite, fast and efficient. She went out of her way to help and accommodate me. I had eye surgery at UVA yesterday. I am struggling to see with only one bad eye without contacts or glasses. I can not emphasize how kind and fast Megan worked filling my family’s and other customers orders. She graciously helped me order. She is a great asset to this store showing her skilled management of employees, knowledge, efficiency and empathy. She quickly helped coworkers fill multiple orders while helping other employees navigate and fly through the checkout process with ease. The store is very clean and stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this store for the weary traveler, family or anyone. If you are a veteran, special needs or have family members who are you can stop here knowing all will be taken care of with love and respect.

Megan was the only employee there when we came. Not only was she friendly but she helped the customers who were purchasing gas, made our sandwiches, and managed to clean before we left. Megan’s work ethic is superb. This was an excellent experience.

My wife and I stopped here again on our return trip. Amy makes the best Subway sandwiches in the Shenandoah! Despite being very busy, she provided great attention to detail, fast service, and she takes care of people. A stop here during your trip on I-81 is worth your while!

Quite literally the single greatest subway experience I have ever had.
We were just passing through on a road trip, and the ladies behind the counter were all so sweet and chatty. I told them I was pregnant, and they offered a side of pickles to snack on for the road, and maybe it was the hormones, but I could have cried. I was so overjoyed.
Not only were they all sweet angels, but my sandwich was GOOD. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that 9 times out of 10, your subway sandwich will probably be mediocre-you get what you pay for, right? But MY LORD, this sandwich was incredible.
Again, it may have just been the immaculate vibes they blessed my Sweet Onion Chicken Teryaki sandwich with but I would drive 4 hours to VA again just to see these ladies and get the sandwich of my life.

We came in today around 430 pm for a grilled chicken wrap and a footlong cold cut trio. The young man who was there was awesome. The lady with him with very nice too. The food and service was great. We told them next time we visit the factory antique mall we are stopping in again. Thanks a lot subway!!!
