I went to Caribou to get two drinks for my daughters, One with lemonade, One with coconut milk. When a women named Dannaka handed them out to me they were incorrect, I nicely had mentioned how they were supposed to be “opposite” when she rudely tells me “You were the one who ordered them incorrect, I can remake them and show you your receipt” she then proceeded to remake them, but have a new worker hand them out and never showed me my receipt, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a worker there.

I came here at 5:30 and some old lady was yelling at me about coming at this time. She proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else. When I got my coffee it was a scorching hot black coffee, I ordered a mocha. My breakfast sandwiches were still cold inside. I’ll never come back to this location.

This may be too knit picky, but I’m over paying $7+ dollars for my drinks to not be filled all the way. I ask for very little whip every time & they just try to fill the rest of the cup with more whip!

We got cookies and cream and turtle mocha cooler. They were excellent, and the presentation was phenomenal. They do not cheap out on the toppings here. The air spelled like old dirty water though.

Got a Large hot carmel high-rise today not only was it about 1/2 cup empty it tasted terrible I couldn’t even taste the carmel just milk and espresso. Probably won’t visit this location again and to think I was going to tip but changed my mind because I usually do.

Very slow service when I visited early in the morning. I typically go to locally-owned Joe Jitters but it was too early & Caribou was only open option. Next time I need an early morning coffee, I’ll make it at home. I’d much rather frequent an independent business with much better coffee AND great food options than a chain.
