Update 1/19/24: They said they’d be open on 1/19 and I called and they didn’t answer. I figurd they’re busy since it rings so much. The voicemail says they will be back on the 19th, and since they previously said they would (and recording confirms this) I figured they just didn’t update the voicemail.
Well, actually, they weren’t open. I drove all the way over there and they were closed.
Update 10/17/23:
I’ve forgotten to keep this updated but they’ve been doing pretty well in 2023. Today, however, things were different. Some bad meat in the tinga, hair in my torta, and the torta was really small and nowhere near as full as it used to be. The bread was about 33% smaller, too. The tacos had almost no cilantro or onion. Finally, the price is incorrect. It says $8.99 for a Torta and $2 for tacos. For 3 tacos and a torta it should be $14.99 before tax, but the receipt says $15.59 before tax. Normally they don’t bother giving a receipt or offering one but I asked for one and found out why it always seems like the prices are too high. So they are over charging/falsely advertising. I was going to leave it at 3/5 if only for the food issues since I would argue it was up at 4/5 during 2023.. but false advertising of pricing brings this down to 1 star.

They’ve changed since they came out. Slowly over time the tortas degraded and so did the salsa cups as well as the consistency of the salsa. Now, the new guy with the spiked hair listed what “everything” means on the gorditas and didn’t list beans as one of the things. The menu also doesn’t indicate beans. However, they put beans on it. I don’t want beans. they also used to cut the tortas and stopped, unless you ask them to. They have always cut the burritos, which I don’t understand..
The burritos also used to be spicy and wrapped tightly and overall better but something has changed here as well. They also didn’t wrap the burrito hardly, and put it in upside down so I couldn’t open it without a bunch of the ingredients falling out. It also has no cheese or tomatoes inside the burrito even though I ordered that. All the little bit of avocado was in one end of the burrito, too. For $10 (I assume more with the avocado) it’s not worth it anymore. You can get a cheaper burrito of just about the same quality from Tacos el Paisa
Great customer service and great food. Salsa is a little inconsistent on heat level but the good news is it ranges from mildly spicy to really spicy to the point you will sweat. They don’t skimp on the salsa by giving you mini containers 1/3rd the size of a normal one or not putting enough in the bag. They put a good amount. Carnitas has a bit too much fat. Very high quality ingredients, down to the slices of lime. They use 2 corn tortillas per taco here, like in LA. For some reason other places in Conway don’t do this.

Stopped by today and got the Tacos Dorados and a couple tacos. The regular tacos were okay, but the Tacos Dorados we’re incredible! Super crispy, covered with lots of toppings. Delicious lunch!
The sauces supplied are great. The green one (I assume is a tomatillo sauce) has a great flavor. And the red one… Let’s just say it is not for the faint of heart. That one has some serious heat, but a great flavor.

I love the food!!! I always get the build your burrito and I include everything but rice. I haven’t been disappointed yet.
My burrito has chicken, lettuce, refried beans, tomatoes, sautéed onions and bell peppers, cheese. The verde and cheese sauce comes on the side.

My kids love love love Garcia’s steak tacos!!! They would eat them everyday if they could! The tortillas are always fresh, they taste homemade. The salsa is amazing!! I love they give you both red and green sauce and added together you get the perfect taste with the perfect amount of heat!!! If you haven’t eaten here, it’s a must try!

I’ve never ate here before til now. By far the best food truck for street tacos and birria tacos!! Squeeze them limes over the tacos and throw the lime in the birria dip. Their sauces are sooo good too. I’ve been craving tacos and I found a place that finally hits the spot. Will definitely be going back.

Today was my first time trying this food truck! Let me just say this will be my new go to location moving forward! The ladies were so nice explaining the ingredients and allowing me to make taco substitutions. I ordered 6 tacos…2 steak, 2 chorizo, & 2 beef tongue. I’m not sure what the ladies did but their beef tongue is the most tender I have ever had EVER in life. I had to struggle through my last bite. The next time I will order 4 tacos they are great and filling. If you haven’t tried this location give them a try!
