I don’t know why people are being so harsh. Yeah the pizza isn’t 5 stars… but it’s still good. It hits the spot after a day of swimming and desperately trying to keep up with your kids. Even the gluten free was pretty legit. Prices are reasonable too.

Did not eat but instead went to the arcade with family. Some machines would steal your credit and not work. Others would not actually dispense tickets onto your card despite the game and card machine telling you otherwise. A $20 card that should have had roughly 3,000 tickets after its use had only about 600. Absurd.

Needing new staff is an understatement. After reading other reviews I can’t even believe they haven’t done anything about it yet because nothing has changed. The arcade and food is great!! Our kids had a blast. But when trying to order from the counter or redeem tickets the worker with the pink hair (Sammy is her name I believe) was EXTREMELY rude. To busy on her phone and when she finally did acknowledge you all you get it attitude. I went and asked if our food that we ordered was ready and she stared me down for at least 10 seconds and then very rudely said “I’ll go check on it”. As if I was an inconvenience. She will have a huge wake up call when she gets in the workforce that doesn’t tolerate that behavior. The other worker, Lexi, was super great!!! She was kind and I could tell she was trying to do her best. The pink haired girl actually yelled at her in front of customers. It was very unprofessional and quite frankly she should check herself first. Want to come back but if the staff doesn’t change it will be pretty hard to bring our kids around behavior like that.

The food was not very good. We ordered Mac n cheese. Almost 8.00. It was Kraft Mac n cheese. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were awful. They were very hard . Both entrees were cold when picked up and I was early for the pickup. We ordered a large pizza. The crust top was very gooey( not done) we ordered one half cheese and one half sausage , onions, peppers, olives, and mushrooms. Those ingredients covered 1/3 of the pizza. Way overcharged for what we got. I would not recommend this restaurant . You will be disappointed.

There’s a “bigger” blonde woman that was rude and ignorant when I asked her to help me use my tickets, quote on quote, “do you know what you want or not?” That’s not a way to talk to customers. Should be helpful and more welcoming and respectful towards the customer.

Our experience here was terrible, starting from calling the hotel to get transferred to Garbanzo’s to placing our order and then picking it up. I will never return to place an order here. The pizza dough and bonzo bread was not cooked enough. The only positive thing was the first worker we encountered who helped us was trying to do his best. He was 14 years old and was supposed to be off by 7 pm based on labour laws in ND and was still assisting customers at 9:30 pm…….
I do not recommend ordering takeout from this establishment at all!

2 stars for the restaurant and 4 stars for the arcade. The pizza was decent but unmemorable and the salad was soaked in dressing. If it wasn’t conveniently located in the hotel I would never come here.

First let me start by saying this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been. The staff is very rude and snobby. Me and my husband was waiting in line for our food which we ended up waiting for ever for our food that was cold and the pizza was Soggy. While we waiting we over heard a man working there Wearing a Christmas sweater making fun of customers and say racial slurs I couldn’t believe the stuff coming out of his mouth it literally made me sick. On top of that it was dirty and my husband swears he seen some kinda of bugs. And then my kids kept getting robbed for there money on the there arcade cards because a lot of the games don’t even work and there’s no out of service sign on any of the games we ended up spending a bunch of money really on nothing I do not recommend going there ever for The arcade. On a better note the water park is awesome the staff running the waterpark very friendly kids really nice very helpful I do recommend the waterpark. But the older staff that run The arcade should definitely take pointers from the younger staff running the water park.

Our family did not have a good experience at the pool/arcade cafe. We ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 small pizza, a pitcher of soda, and some breadsticks. The order took almost an hour to finish. Our breadsticks and two of our three pizzas we ordered were cold. When it was finished, the server couldn’t find our table and went so far as to go into the pool area when we were right in front of him. When he couldn’t find us in the pool, he went back to the counter and WAITED FOR US TO COME TO HIM. Close to the end of our meal, we found metal shards in our crust. DO NOT EAT HERE. Don’t risk internal bleeding.

The pizza was great. Good selection of games and prizes. The staff acted very promptly when I mentioned I couldn’t locate my toddler, ( he was found quickly.) Awesome service from Hudson and Kadence!
