I ordered through UberEats and I would stick to the Vietnamese options if I ever order again. The sandwich and pho are fine. The sushi was dissatisfying and disappointing. I ordered a Futomaki which literally means a “Fat Roll” and is almost always a certain style. Their description was fine but when it came it looked nothing like what a Futomaki is supposed to be. I don’t even know what to call it.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This place expects customers to pay for food they clearly state they don’t want and didn’t like. I explained the meal was not to my liking and asked to return it, only to be told after the fact by the cashier that they have a “no returns” policy. How is a customer supposed to know that? You don’t walk into a restaurant and inspect hidden rules before sitting down.

Common sense says you don’t charge someone for food they didn’t like and didn’t even continue eating. If the meat tastes old and bad, I’m still expected to pay for it? That makes zero sense.

On top of that, service was painfully slow – 10 minutes just to take orders and bring water while the restaurant was nearly empty.

Terrible customer service, nonsensical policies, and no accountability. Definitely not coming back.

Met a friend for lunch here today. Service was sloppy. We asked or water and hot tea and had to request again. Wanted to get some extra fish sauce to go on my vermicelli pork and didn’t receive. Picked up an order of orange chicken to go and it was tough and dry. Ordered fried rice and it look like steamed – it didn’t look like it had soy sauce, egg or any veggies in it. (I took a picture of the rice but not sure how to post). I was unimpressed and doubt we will be coming back here again We did request a knife and they delivered a knife and some scissors to help cut up the big chunks of meat.

The wife and enjoyed our lunch here greatly. So much variety as we got Pho, sushi (Texas roll), chicken fried rice and crispy egg rolls. The taste of the Pho was outstanding and rich. Service was fast and friendly

You wouldn’t know it from driving by but this place has awesome food! Everything was good, we got the chicken fried rice, combination pho, Texas roll and fried spring rolls. 12:00 at lunch on a weekday had plenty of tables open, the restaurant is so cute inside. Food came out fast and service was good.

Their sushi was okay. Their pho is okay. Their spring rolls are good. Overall the food is average but can be better. Their service is worse than their food. Lack of service and the last time I went they forgot to bring my food out. Need better service. I will not return to this establishment.

House special fried Shrimp cake (9$),: crunchy but very plain. Has pickled carrots but that’s wasn’t enough. Wouldn’t order at all since it’s very bad.

House combination fried rice (14$): something is off with it, but it 100% needs soy sauce. Ate the whole thing but left me wondering with each bite what is off with it, I blame the peas and shrimp.

Pho dac biet (special combination beef soup, 14$): light beef broth (… I liked it, but would turn off people who have ate other restaurants and home made stuff as it’s very diluted flavor). Would order again as long as they have siracha

Their condiments (beans sprouts, mint, lettuce, pickled carrots) were very fresh and crisp.

Sushi: spicy mayo very good and unagi sauce is even better, no wonder why everyone loves the spider roll…

Dragon roll(11$): it’s a California roll with unagi sauce, it’s good.

Spicy salmon rol (11$)l: it’s ok

Overall, if I was looking for unagi sauce sushi and pho dac biet I would come back. If you’re not ordering these. I would not recommend it.

Typically I rate stuff a 5 even if it’s pretty average. The issue why this place gets a 4 is because of mediocre service (having to ask for napkins), some bad food options, and that we saw a couple and their kid come in.
They gave only the kid food and didn’t give their parents their food…

There is a reason why restaurants wait before all the food is ready before giving it out. Very poor service and is not acceptable to let the kid be finish their food without the parents even being able to eat theirs.

Really good Spring Rolls! Prices are a little high but everything is high nowadays. I got the beef lo mein and that’s what you’ll see below. They have an amazing seating area. Indoor and outdoors. The place smells like mint leave when u walk in.

Delicious sushi. The skydiver and spider rolls are the best and the Thai ice tea with Boba is world class.
