Decided to finally come & try this place out for the first time after passing by it a million of times for the movie theater. Also my first time ever trying Indian food, and WOW!!!!!!! I loved it so so much I will definitely be coming back I highly recommend this place! The service was amazing, Blanca was soo so great, super sweet & nice!! Ask her for great recommendations! She did not disappoint. She answered all of my millions of questions with patience haha I adore her. Perfect. The food was actually good I really love it! I’m going to be telling everyone about this place from now on. Always good to expand your taste pallet. Music was good. Vibes were awesome. 10/10

The lady at the front (BLANCA) was so nice and welcoming! It was my first time coming here, and the hospitality immediately stood out. She helped me pick something that fit my taste perfectly, and even after I sat down to wait, she continued to offer water and kindness.
The place itself is very clean with a beautiful atmosphere — you can tell this location is taken care of with passion and love. I haven’t even had the food yet, and I already know this place deserves 5 stars. No wonder everyone recommends this spot!

I indelibly judge an Indian spot by their butter chicken – because if you can’t prepare the most quintessential Indian comfort dish, then I don’t have much faith in the other items. Well, Gandhi Indian cuisine overdelivered on just how “comfort” their butter chicken was – because in my opinion, it was easily the best butter chicken in all of Riverside. Creamy and flavorful, and just the slightest touch spicy (although I did order the dish on the spiciest “hot jalapeño” level – I suspect the spice scale may be dialed down for the no-seasoning folk), the butter chicken was phenomenal. This is coming from somebody who has to have her butter chicken fix at least once a month. The butter chicken came with beautifully fluffy basmati rice, and I also ordered a classic garlic naan to sop up all of the delicious sauces.
Moving on, the tandoori chicken was hot, fresh, and extremely flavorful. This was my second favorite entree.
Their sides cannot be overlooked, either – we both agreed that their samosas, aloo tikki, and pakora were some of the best, crispiest, and freshest we’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. I drenched all my appetizers in their chutney sauces, of course – for the most flavorful meal we’ve both enjoyed in a while!
Finally, I really appreciated how new, clean, and beautiful the interior of the restaurant was. The booth seating was comfy, lighting made for a cozy ambience, and freshly painted mural was mesmerizing and gorgeous. We both truly enjoyed our meal here – from the quick service, incredibly flavorful food, and beautiful interior. My only request would be to add an even spicier level to the food – as I’m a self-confessed spice addict! We will be back here whenever we’re in Riverside and looking for our Indian fix.

Best Indian food in the IE. It’s my neighborhood restaurant…how lucky am I! My absolute fav is the lamb saag. My husband gets chicken tikka Marsala. It never disappoints. Oh and the samosas are bomb. Top it off with a mango lasse. Tonight we did carry out.

What really stood out was the kindness and care shown by the staff. Our toddler was sick and refusing to eat, so we decided to order one more item for him quite late, when the kitchen was about to close. Even at that hour, the team kindly went ahead and prepared it for us.
They made sure we were well taken care of and were very accommodating with our late request. Their warmth and consideration truly meant a lot to us.

Stepping inside you can see beautiful clean and modern design. Great mellow music when wet came in for a later dinner.
The service is outstanding, and the food even moreso! We got the lamb saag and goat biryani rice and they were so good. The garlic naan is super fresh and delicious too!!

Amazing Chicken Tikka. And Garlic naan. We stopped on the way home during a long drive and food, service and ambiance all were excellent. My little one was even served Kulfi on the house. Overall will come back if we ever pass this area again.

THE BEST butter chicken we’ve ever had! So delicious! The meat was tender and the sauce was great. We also had the matar paneer, which was also delicious. Their mango lassi is also really good. Blanca was very attentive and kind. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be returning!
