The best Hyderabadi food in NY. Sadly the service is awful, food truck is located in a parking lot, doesn’t accept card. They also refuse to deliver catering orders. The food is still worth the hassle!

The restaurant initially impressed me with its delicious Hyderabadi-style food, particularly the chicken pakoda. However, the portion sizes seemed to noticeably decrease over time. My second order of chicken pakoda was significantly smaller than the first.
Disappointingly, the quality also declined. I tried the chicken 65 which tasted good at first, but after a few bites, the chicken tasted off, as if it was spoiled.
Overall, my experience went from positive to negative very quickly. Due to the decline in quality and portion sizes, I won’t be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Hands down one of the best mutton biryanis I’ve tried in Dallas, I was offered it numerous times and declined having my inhibitions that they’re probably hyping up their biryani, I was so wrong!! I got the biryani today and it took me back, way back to the streets of Hyderabad, the biryani is absolutely amazing, the haleem is real good too, would recommend these too along with the double ka meetha if they have it, a must try!!

P.S. a good biryani should be packed with flavor, NOT SOME RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF SPICE TO JUST MAKE IT HOT!

I hope they keep the same flavor and not give into reviews that it’s not spicy enough or bland, it’s not, it’s absolutely amazing!

Ordered masala dosa, street style fried rice & ghee Karam idli, fish fry
Fish was yum! Mana telugu valaki excellent tiffins spot. Karam Karam ga home food gurthuvachindi. Not sure why people left negative reviews. I was skeptical before going there. If you want to try go ahead. Better to come on week days to avoid crowds

Excellent food at great prices.
Highly recommend

Update: after trying their food for whole week, i would say, i like their dosas. Only!!!
I have eaten their idlis, biryani , haleem, punugulu and double ka meetha… and i din’t like them to be honest.
I can pass few points on to their idly but i dont recommend anything.
Biryani is so bland… no spice at all
Haleem tasted Ok. Portion size was so small.
I was craving for double ka meetha and i regret having it here.

Going back to 3 stars… ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located at Denton Downtown, I found Gallifood while searching for a best spot to enjoy Indian food after a long time. The Biryani of Gallifood is a must try and mango mousse is best for those who have sweet tooth. I truly recommend the place for its cheap and best quality food.

I tasted poonugulu Ghee Karam Dosa and Bajji here. They are not that bad as seen in reviews here. But i felt the price is bit higher than usal restaurants charge for these items. I paid $7.50 for a plate Poonugulu and the quantity is less though. Its better tou guys re consider the penny value that customers puts into their food.
Location is calm and Road side easy access.

Food was good. Took some time to serve but its worth the wait. Dined it at the truck and felt like street side in India. Prices were reasonable. Tried Ghee karam idly, punugulu, poori, chicken dum biriyani, mirchi bajji, chicken 65. All of them are 5/5 and biriyani is 4/5. Irani chai was good too.

By far the best Indian food truck I’ve been to. Here’s what I tried,

Fried Rice & Noodles – Authentic street style!
Chicken Pakoda – Again! Authentic street style
Mutton Marg – Bomb!
Punugulu – These are ok! Need a better chutney

Definitely recommend this to all the South Indian street food lovers out there!!!

### Hyderabad Haleem
The consistency is silky and smooth, a testament to the hours of meticulous preparation. The garnish of fried onions, fresh coriander, and a squeeze of lemon adds a refreshing contrast to the hearty base. Each bite is a burst of complex spices and flavors, making it an unforgettable dish. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, trying Haleem at Gallifood is a must. Highly recommended!

### Hyderabadi Biryani
Hyderabadi biryani is a complete meal that satisfies both the palate and the soul. An absolute must-try for anyone.
