I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an online order through the app at 8:05pm on 5/30/25 it accepted the order and said it would be ready by 8:20pm. I get a call from Subway employee and they tell me they cannot do the order as they are closed and not reopening for the night. She told me I need to call customer service to cancel the order. She was very, rude, kept cutting me off and abruptly hung up on me as I tried to ask how did this happen and get clarification. My order still shows in process. There is no way to cancel the order. My husband drove to location and the store is completely closed and dark even though the signs say closes at 9pm and he was there 8:17pm. This place is stealing money from people and causing a huge inconvenience. I will definitely be calling everyone that I can to draw attention to what this location is doing. Based on other reviews, this location is stealing a lot from customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Went in to order the meal of the day which was a chicken bacon ranch grinder. To my surprise i wasn’t able to remove the bacon because the employee said it was not allowed. How does that make any sense. She said everything will have to be on grinder or i would not be able to get the meal of the day! She then goes on to say her boss counts every peice of bacon and vegetables and if there is over she would get in trouble. You can’t make this up people.

I wasn’t going to write this review but my friends said it should be posted. I went to this subway today (10/08/2025) and bought a subway grinder and noticed they still had the Happy Gilmore 2 cups available, I asked if I could have one and was given one. I got to the register and payed (around 18 bucks) and she asked if i wanted a drink and i said yeah thats why i got the souvenir cup. She even put the cap on it for me. Well I got to my seat and i started eating and then i decided to fill my cup, well, when i got up to the soda fountain she looked at me after i filled my drink and said i cant do that. I was confused because i bought the meal and she carried on so i went about finishing my meal. After we were done my father went up to the soda fountain to get a refill on his cup and what do you know, she shut off the machine so we couldn’t get anything…and we were the only two people in the subway eating! Absolutely cheap and ridiculous since we nearly payed 20 bucks each for our meals. That is not how you run a business when you skimp on the grinders. 0 out of 5 stars if I had the choice.

I visited the Subway on Hartford Rd, Manchester. There was a line girl working who was sweeping, she was on her personal phone using an ear piece. She said wait a minute and by my watch it was 7 minutes. She already seemed bothered by me coming in. Once at the counter she tersely asked me ” what are you having”. She must have seen the taken a back, puzzled but upset look on my face, and she looked even more disturbed. I have her my order and told her I did not want it toasted. She proceeded to make the sandwich without heating up the meat. When I objected she got all mad and said I was making trouble.
We argued for a moment then I walked out without getting anything. I came back a week later hoping it was not the same girl but it was. She had the same attitude and refused to serve me. When I brought up my last visit she said “if your going to bring up the past I am not serving you”. I asked for her managers number and she refused. She then went in the back,seeming to go on about her work business and got on the phone with someone. I was shouting “Hello, Hello” and she finally acne out and gave me a number which turned out to be a fax number when called. I am thoroughly disgusted and angry by this treatment and that there is no one to complain to. Hopefully you can reach the owner and have them contact me while Dept of Labor mediates. I want a full apology for their employees behavior. I work hard and have all my life as an American and no one should be subject to treatment like this from their employee.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location today. The staff working during my visit at 12:45 PM were incredibly rude and lacked even the most basic sense of customer service. I was trying to ask a question about a valid coupon, and instead of listening, I was told I was “holding up the line” — which was completely disrespectful and uncalled for.
On top of that, the store wasn’t properly stocked, which made the visit even more frustrating. There was no sense of professionalism, courtesy, or effort to resolve the issue.
I left feeling disrespected and unheard. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses the poor attitude and lack of service I experienced.

I’ve been to subway many times. I ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich and when it reached the end where we got to the register, I asked if I could make it a meal and they don’t know what that means I guess. They rang the cookies and drink up separately and when I finally got back to work to eat my sandwich, it wasn’t cut in half
