I placed a to go order and the website said it would be ready at 7:20. I arrived and the girl working asked me if I had a to go order. I looked and said, yes, I think you’re making it now. (There was one table seated) She said she was, and was sorry. I told her no big deal and it was pretty quick out of the oven (8 min). When it was ready I went to get it and she said they were out of cookies. I had ordered and paid for two. She asked if I wanted a drink instead. I didn’t and told her so. She asked if I could write down my information so her boss could give me a refund when they came in. I told her not to worry about it. Got home and the salad had hardly any lettuce and a lot of it was brown and slimy. So instead of a calzone, a salad, and two cookies for $22 I got a calzone. It was mediocre at best. Don’t waste your time. You would be better off with a Hot and Ready. At least you have low expectations for that.

ORDER FROM MARCOS PIZZA they have cauliflower crust. Wow!! First time place order online at their app! My order just got canceled now am out of dinner and have to restart order w another franchise! Spoke w customer service Not helpful at All…claimed they canceled cause owners Not answering their phone…they don’t close til 9pm…WHAT IS GOING ON! GAVE them second chance this is what my poor pizza looked like…crunchy burnt pepperoni!!!

Went here to have lunch with my husband. Service was great, food was great, would for sure go back for more pizza. Had a thin crust pizza with the garlic butter, no red sauce and it was quite delicious. Cooked to perfection.

The food was good, very fresh. My only complaint was the price! I know inflation is happening but my goodness was it expensive. I paid $20 for a small pizza and a drink, me and 3 others came here together and paid together and the total was $80 (plus a tip) so we each paid $20 for our pizza and drink and I was astonished.
The faculty itself was clean and there was lots of seating inside and outside. The food was good but I do not know if I can justify the price I paid

My wife and I love this place. There are a lot of options and the pizza and pepperoni come out extra crispy in 5 minutes. They also have vegan, healthy, and thin crust options and it’s pretty affordable. Im craving it right now.

7/1/22, was my first visit and app order. Ordered the Family pack (4 pizzas, cheesy bread, dessert). Visiting the store, seemed small, was also confused where to pick up my order, no signage that I saw but one of the employees helped me.
Got home and found that they didn’t give me my dessert. For the pizza I like the taste of the regular thin crust, the thick was a bit doughy. My biggest complaint for the pizzas was that they didn’t have a lot of flavor and there was way too much cheese.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it’s as if everything is falling apart. Been going here for years so it’s very disappointing. Can’t keep their store staffed. Often don’t have ice, drink machine is mostly out of order, or they have the wrong beverages listed. Like, you want Dr. Pepper but you get root beer. No boxes for pizza (yeah, that was weird), no lemonade, monitors aren’t working. Had a barbecue pizza and they forgot the barbecue sauce. It still tasted alright but it’s like nothing can go right here anymore. It’s a shame but they must be going out of business or something.

First time I tried pieology was at the eastlake location which was very good I loved it. Now im giving a review because the last 2 times I’ve order from the pebble hills location and ive been very disappointed. The reason ia because the toppings are very scarce and im paying 18 dollars for it. This time I paid for the extra cheese cuz the 1st time it was very little as well as very little topings. So yes they put more cheese this time, but the topings literally like 6 pepperonis. Do ya’ll not have enough? Like I know I must sound like a fatass, but im paying money for it to have very little for a whole pizza its ridiculous.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pieology! I love the “build your own” concept, which lets you get exactly what you’re craving. The toppings were incredibly fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process fun. My pizza came out perfectly cooked—thin, crispy, and delicious. It’s a great spot for a quick, high-quality meal, and I’ll definitely be back soon!

I haven’t had Pieology in YEARS so I didn’t really know what to expect coming in. My husband usually gets Blaze pizza but they closed the location near base. We decided to give Pieology a try since both of us hadn’t had it in quite some time.
The location is nice and new, they had plenty of booths and a couple tables for customers. Very clean establishment from what I saw too. The two gentlemen that helped us were courteous and friendly.
I opted for their fire grilled bbq chicken pizza, my husband got the mega meat. We both wanted to try their garlic cheese bread so we initially ordered one each but after seeing how huge they were we decided to just share one. It’s nice being able to see them put together your pizza, kind of like subway but with pizza instead.
I absolutely LOVED my bbq chicken pizza. Both my husband and I decided to pay the extra $2 and got the hand stretched pierise crust. It adds a nice fluffy crust which I thought was perfect. But that mixed with all the bbq chicken toppings was so delicious!
My husband liked his mega meat pizza as well. I tried a slice and I will say it’s a tad more greasy than the one I got but it’s probably due to all the meats.
As for the garlic bread, honestly I probably would skip on this item next time. I thought it would have a lot more garlic flavor, to me it tasted more like cheesebread.
Overall I still highly recommend Pieology if you’re wanting a more gourmet tasting pizza. I will definitely be back for more!
