First, I loved that Frank Sinatra was blaring over the speakers outside. I was disappointed when I no longer heard the music inside.
The service was good and the price was right – 6 bucks for a drink and slice of pizza.
I would recommend a little more sauce, it was heavy on the cheese.
I would come back here again, I liked the atmosphere. It was busy and the staff was friendly.

I ordered catering for a small party of 12 people at my house. The food was very reasonably priced, arrived on time, and was nice and hot. Everyone loved everything, especially the lemon chicken and penne vodka. I haven’t eaten at the restaurant but my catering experience was great and would definitely order again for future parties.

I love Gaetanos food but, today I ordered for pick up and am very disappointed. The food took an hour. Well the pizzas took an hour. My cheesesteak, salad, and wings got to sit for over 30 minutes while my husband waited for my pizzas. So, now my salad is warm my other food is cold and no one there cares.

Ill start out with the fact they have solid cheesesteaks but very shady group.
I ordered take out and paid online. I checked my bill and was okay with $44 (including service fee and tax) in total. Now my issue is when i checked my bank statement the next morning and saw a second charge without my knowledge or authorization. When i went to check the receipt i saw you changed the online total but no where did you itemize the new charge or inform me while i waited 10 minutes for my food. The fact that i have a different total amount from my bank statement, online receipt and paper receipt is crazy to me.
Now according to google, a tip added online wont become itemized but will show in the total. Thats the only answer to this. Hopefully you talk to your employees and do better
This is extremely deceptive and most would consider this fraud. My bank is involved and investigating this but i cant give my money to shady individuals.
I just wish i would have checked the reviews before i ordered. With-in a month you had another similar case of taking a customers money but sorry for them they never received their food even though they were charged.

We ordered delivery and it came much quicker than the estimated time. Everything was delicious, fresh and hot. Even though it was a bit pricey the portion size was much bigger than I anticipated so we have leftovers for sure. Will definitely order again.

I ordered delivery today, a cheese steak with cooper sharp, and a side of fries. I was very satisfied with the sandwich which arrived hot and full of meat and cheese but the wow factor was provided by the fries. We all know how hard it is to deliver french fries that are hot and crispy. They did it! I was impressed. I would order from this place again. Great job! Thanks.

I ordered catering for a group of 55, and Al made the whole process effortless…he helped me choose the perfect menu and got everything set up with just a quick call two days in advance. The food arrived on time, piping hot, and everyone absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely be ordering catering from here again!

I ordered a “garlic” bread chicken cheese steak with cooper sharp…but instead I got a sesame seed chicken cheese steak (barely any meat)with red sauce …I was told it was there signature garlic sauce!!! No it was pizza sauce I returned the sandwich(wich I was instructed to do) once there the sandwich was snatched outta my hand and i was ignored…wasn’t offered a new sandwich, I was disrespected and talked to with no remorse. I didnt receive a new sandwich or a refund because the manager is a liar and rude !!! Do not recommend!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!

I ordered the penne a la vodka with a side of meatballs. By far one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to order again.
