The young lady working front counter on shift on October 2nd 2025 at 7:00pm should be fired. She spent more time talking to her friends than working this was the conditions of the play area and the restrooms when I was eating there. She was notified and even when it was slow and she still put more effort talking with her friends

I’ve been to this McDs a few times as it’s a convenient stop along a long drive I frequently take. It’s always great, but I wanted to note that on today’s visit, the person who made my bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles really understood the assignment. There was a layer of pickles half an inch thick. I choose to believe the person making my burger thought to him/herself “Extra pickles? Say no more” and proceeded to create a pickle masterpiece. I’ll be chasing that pickle perfection for the rest of my life. Thank you for the extra pickle attention. I’ll continue to stop by on my future travels.

The workers who closed here on 01-30-2026 are lazy as can be. Sitting the the kitchen at 11:30 talking and hanging out instead of taking our order after driving 20 minutes. When we pulled up to the window, they peaked and hid. Honestly just super disappointed in their work ethics. Just don’t go to work if you aren’t willing to work.

I had received the wrong food and called back to just get my drink (which was also not given to me) and they offered to replace the meal (which was nice, but give me a sec). I mentioned I can’t have onions on the burger (I’m allergic to them), and to remove some of the condiments on said sandwich. They gave me the meal and half way down the road I looked at the sandwich and it had everything still on it. But at least I got my drink

I can’t stand this location. It’s no comparison to the one on the west end of town. The drive-through was wrapped all the way around the building, I was in a hurry, so I ran inside.
There was one customer there who had already been waited on waiting on his food. I could tell he was irritated. I stand there at the counter, waiting for someone to come to the register. There are two supervisors there moving back-and-forth in the back. One looks at me, then turns around. In a few minutes, she looked at me again, and I start a motion for her, but she turned around again.
I thought “forget it,” They didn’t need my business and I went to Hardee’s. The whole thing made my kid late for school.
I avoid this location whenever possible.

Asked for extra sauce and was charged for them and than the young boy at the front window got hateful when I asked him for them. Beyond rude. Was charged $1.50 more for a bacon McDouble than what they have listed on their signs. Someone needs to do something about this location. It’s absolutely awful to go to anymore. The workers would rather play around with each other than wait on their customers!

AWEFUL night time crew charged us for things they didn’t give then when calling asking for them to fix it they said I can pick it up another day???? We stopped to eat on the way to TN. Ordered our food and sat down. I took a bite of my son’s quarter pounder and to my shock it was raw in the middle. We took it back and they cooked us another one. It was even more raw than the first. I tried emailing the franchise but it kicked back.
