Food and customer service as well as atmosphere are all good and pleasant, if you go inside that is. If you want a “quick” bite to eat and want drive through panera. Prepare yourself to be waiting in line for upwards of 25 min with only 2 cars ahead of you. In summary excellent, but drive through is boo boo AF.

Kira was our catering coordinator, and she did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Our complete order was delivered on time and with a warm smile. She included a handwritten note to me thanking me for the business. She even did a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok. Everyone attending my meeting was thrilled with the lunch and, of course, we shared the yummy left overs.

Normally I’m not a fan of writing reviews ESPECIALLY about service. Everyone has good or bad days and I don’t like basing my experience off of that, but I feel the need to share tonight events (4/12/23). I had placed a pick up order that unfortunately got snagged (it happens oh well) so I had to get some help. The first person I talked to was very nice (they’ve helped me before unfortunately I did not get their name) they immediately went and looked, when they couldn’t find it they got a manager. This manager was so extremely kind and bubbly. They figured out the issue and had my food remade. It only took a few minutes too which was awesome (shout out to the people making the food. Thank you for making it twice) AND THEN I get home open the bag and they left a little thank you treat. It may have just been a little gesture but it really made my night. I just want to say thank you to the Panera team for being absolute rockstar:)

Todays Service, June 3, 2023 was just as disappointing as the last time when we went a month ago. This Panera in Silverdale was our favorite place to eat lunch, not so much anymore. The time on my receipt was 1:32, I ordered a half of turkey with chips and a side of macaroni and cheese 31 minutes later I finally got up and went to the worker standing at the counter and asked how much longer will it be for my lunch? She said “I dont know!” I said well who do I ask that does know because it’s been 30 minutes…She then asked one of the chefs in the back , she said oh yours is right here it just got done ! It was just sitting on the counter !?!?! Wth and then other people in the dining area that were waiting for their food also started getting up to go check on their food or pick up their own food from the counter themselves! What’s going on Panera ???

My go to in silverdale when I want coffee and wifi. They have food to boot so that’s a plus. Always clean and reliable. Aisha was awesome in getting more hazelnut coffee after I drank the last bit. Also noticed her busting her tootsie taking care of the dirty tables and prepping orders. This 5 star review is for her excellence! She deserves praise and a raise!

Silverdale location. Went inside. Placed my order at the counter for dine in. WAITED for 25 minutes for my food. At another table, the staff told a couple that Online orders are priority. WOW!!! I liked the food, but I won’t be back. There was a bit of yelling in the kitchen during my wait.
