Decent local bar with a hometown atmosphere. Many who come here are locals looking to chat and enjoy a beer after a hard days works. The craft beer could be colder, but it is not terrible. Before you go, be sure you have cash as this bar does not except anything else. There is an ATM on premise however if you do not mind paying the fees.

Gabes is great! If you like small town, local, dimly lit, old school bars, then this is the place for you! Juke box, keno, sports on TV. Small bags of chips and peanuts available…and I’d venture to say there may be a vintage pickled egg somewhere on the premises

It’s a dive bar. They have local shows occasionally but they need a fire suppression system so their venue capacity is low.
