Loud, lavishly built, top-end kosher rooftop restaurant at the Dolce Hotel, where mandatory paid “valet parking” is required to dine here. The restaurant featured an attentive staff; well-made food; luxury decor; an “eye-candy” view of the Hard Rock Casino Hotel; indoor & outdoor dining; and an upper-deck where private parties are held.. Prices are high but that’s expected here. Pet Peeve: there is a mandatory $21 fee for valet to park your car (which wasn’t disclosed when booking). That being said, it’s worth visiting. Notes: outdoor dining area has extremely loud music (like a nightclub); reservations are absolutely required here (it’s booked solid). The restaurant is on the 7th floor of the hotel. If you’re coming from Miami Beach, it will take you 40 to 60 minutes to get here. This place would get 5 stars if not for the surprise parking fee…. (with brusque valet staff).

One small suggestion: the lighting is quite dim, and with only one small lamp on the table it was difficult to fully see the food, we found ourselves using our phone flashlights. Slightly brighter table lighting would really enhance the overall dining experience and allow the presentation of the dishes to shine.
That said, the ambiance, energy, and cuisine align seamlessly. Sophisticated, vibrant, and effortlessly stylish. A must-visit in Hollywood, Florida!

Had a great time, amazing service and atmosphere. Food was very good. If I would go again It would be for the vibe.
Music was a little bit too loud, and not sure why they were playing Spanish music the whole time. but we had a lot of fun.
But also pretty impressed how quick the food was ready. Great friendly service!

The atmosphere here is incredible and the food is genuinely delicious. The kosher meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly — definitely the highlight of the night.
That said, the service really disappointed us. We ordered our full meal plus a side of French fries, and the fries didn’t arrive until we had already finished eating. Our server also rarely checked in — no follow-up to see if we wanted another drink or needed anything — and overall the service didn’t feel attentive or detail-oriented.
What bothered me most was the cleanliness. One of the utensils we were given was visibly dirty, with food residue on it as if it had been used. The water glasses also had an odd smell, and the way they were placed (upside down on the table) didn’t feel hygienic.

The food was good but over priced! Theynuse a glaze over their steak that keeps flavors in but if you didnt know it would almost seeming taste like a pork steak. The service is awesome. And the vibe is amazing. We happened to be there during Hanukkah so all the big time Jewish people happened to be there. Honestly idk bc we visit here not so often but m G7 seems like one the hopping night clubs in town for a Friday and Saturday night. If you’re here to eat dinner and its a celebration time of any religion I can imagine its always this packed and its always busy.

The food is divine, lots of choice and variety, as are the cocktails.
The sushi and the meat, everything was perfect and tasted delicious.
The waiter was a bit conceited at first, as he didn’t want to serve us, but then he was very friendly.
We were denied some tables several times “because they were reserved”, but it wasn’t true, they were just hoping that maybe a larger group would occupy them, because there were only 2 of us.

I ordered a 12oz steak medium done, but it was completely raw. When I showed it to the waiter, he insisted it was medium and didn’t offer to put it back in the oven. I barely ate any of it, maybe 25% — and just left the rest. On top of that, the atmosphere was totally inappropriate for a kosher restaurant, with loud music about Jesus blasting in the background. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
