Very homey feeling diner. Reminds me so much of the one I used to go to growing up. Small town feel with the most delicious eats! Just how I like it. Staff is always superb when I come here! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich which you can make into a wrap. Breakfast is always chef’s kiss!!

Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives ALERT!!! If you’re in the mood for some good burgers and hot dogs, this is the spot for you! They have other great items as well but sliders and dogs are what they are known for. My family and I were on our way from Philadelphia to Virginia and this little place came up on our map to stop for lunch. I was in the mood for some good junk food like a nice fat burger and G&A did not disappoint! The staff were SUPER friendly! Made us feel right at home. Our waitress Lisa M. was amazing! Attentive, gave us a quick history lesson on the place and made us feel very welcomed! Within 5 minutes, the owner Andy was at our table chatting us up, telling us about the food and how this restaurant was passed down to him generation after generation. We learned that G&A was featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. I went online and watched the feature afterwards, it was pretty cool. I’ll say it looks like the owner stole Guy Fieri’s hairstyle! It looks good Andy, not knocking ya! We got hot dogs, sliders, burger, French onion soup and fries. The fries really stood out, they are hand cut and double fried homemade style. These ain’t your typical frozen deep fried jawns! The French Onion soup really stood out as well. Perfectly balanced and had slivers of short rib in it. Wasn’t traditional FO but it was really good! Only adjustment I would make is to use thinner, crunchier pickles on the sliders. The thick cut pickles become too mushy and don’t stand out or add anything to the burger. Andy, experiment with some different pickle options, see what you think! My boys loved the hot dogs, I loved the energy and the ambiance of this small family run place, and my entire family had a wonderful time here! Go check this place out!

They have a beautiful outside patio which we took advantage of the great weather and sat outside. The service was excellent the food was delicious. I highly recommend G&A. The Short Rib over mashed potatoes was delicious. The coney island hot dog and club sandwich were awesome as well.

We went to G & A when we just needed to go for breakfast but thank god we did! Lisa was such an amazing waitress. So friendly and welcoming! Nothing was too much hassle! She recommended the French toast as one of the best she had ever had. We listened and she was not lying! Very good hearty food and amazing customer service!

I have a 3 overall, due to poor packaging and lack of flavor. I come here once maybe every few months for a hot dog for nostalgia. Use to go every week as a kid on eastern Ave so I try to relive that experience. Hot dogs are good, but the fries aren’t seasoned. The fried pickles were too soggy and super greasy also to enjoy so I ended up throwing them out. Got our order to go to eat in the car. The order of fries aren’t seasoned and just wrapped up not in a fry boat. They were so greasy that when I opened them up I ended up getting grease all over my clothes and car seat. Not the best experience driving all the way here from Dundalk, where I pass many places for a hotdog. Staff were friendly placing the to go order and Andy has always been great. Miss the old days. May not be back for some time though.

The seafood club is actually ridiculous. So good. So much flavor. The bread still was toasted not soggy when I got back to eat. Love that. Michael’s & Pappas’ seafood clubs couldn’t hold a candle to this one. Take. My. Money. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for this sandwich. I simply couldn’t. Thank you! The food was delicious! I had the crab cake sandwich, huge pieces of crab. Everything that my family ordered was great. We had the NY Strip steak, Bbq brisket sandwich, and a bacon cheeseburger. All with the French fries with gravy. We loved it. Rice pudding was also thick and creamy. We would definitely eat there again!

Visited G&As new White Marsh location for the first time
The staff was wonderful! Our waitress was very nice, and the service was quick. The food was exactly what I had expected; delicious. My wife ordered the southwest salad, and I ordered a coney island hotdog (comes with chili, Mustard, and onions), Mac cheese and fries with gravy. All very good!
Seating is limited inside, but they have covered seating outside, and the tables seem to turn quickly. I waited for about a minute before a table was available.
Glad to see a restaurant serving the Baltimore community for decades thriving in their new location. Definitely give them a try
