We are a locally owned restaurant and taproom that has a large outdoor space and is family friendly. We have live music every weekend and a variety of activities every week including trivia, music bingo and karaoke. We have weekly food specials and a wide variety of foods on our ever expanding menu. We have 20 taps with rotating craft and domestic beers.

I recently moved to Hickory, NC, and looked online to find a place to shoot pool. I have yet to find a place in Hickory that I like as much as I do Fyreside, and it’s only a 10 minute drive.

The fryer oil was clean and fresh. The pub chips, fries, and onion rings came out perfectly. Of note are their pub chips, which didn’t have one soggy or burnt piece. They have a great seasoning on the chips also. The 1/3 pound burgers are cooked through while being soft and juicy. They didn’t have tea the day I visited because none came in on the truck, but this place is definitely worth coming out to try.

Decent place for a beer if you don’t want to travel to hickory. Have been going to fyreside before they moved locations. Nothing is spectacular except that it is close. Beers are far too expensive given the median income for the area. 3 beers will put you over $20 unless you’re drinking bottles. Then you might get 4 for $20. *Edit* owner replied, I appreciate the feedback. I will be back anyhow. Maybe consider running a draft/bottle special once a week.

Repeat customer here. I love the atmosphere, the staff, and the owner always pops in and speaks to everyone. The food is always good and the beer is always cold. I love that they are adding more and more music artists to their schedule and building more stages. It’s gonna be lit this summer! Keep up the great work!

We absolutely loved the place, the band was awesome as well as the atmosphere. The food was good and the bartenders were very friendly .We will definitely be going back and I’m taking more friends with me . I would definitely recommend this for a date night, girls night, guys night or just an evening out with friends or anything between.

I love to come here after work for a drink and some food. I would definitely have to recommend having a curfew of 8PM for small children on Friday and Saturday nights. When it gets crowded, they get under foot and it’s easy to trip over them. Love the food, drinks, and customer service.

Nice little restaurant in downtown Granite Falls. I enjoy the chicken quesadilla. It is close to where I work so we’ve gotten it for lunch a couple times recently. I placed my order over the phone and it was a little confusing but they made sure they got it correctly. Interior is nice, and I noticed decks of cards on the tables for customers to play while waiting or drinking. Will return soon.
