The food here is always good, and I genuinely love the atmosphere. It’s a great spot in terms of ambiance and consistency with the meals that’s why I keep coming back. However, the customer service is the reason for my lower rating. The staff has consistently felt very disengaged and lacking personality. There’s little warmth or friendliness, which really impacts the overall experience. Hospitality goes a long way, especially when the food and setting are already great. I truly hope this improves because this place has so much potential to be amazing across the board.

Great place, great food and man the new Wild West options are fantastic ESPECIALLY the Texas Brisket Tacos. The brisket is yummy and pairs so well with the beer battered crunch pablano, cheese and the cilantro crema and chipotle aioli, and the pickled red onions on top! Freaking choice! Torchys eat your heart out on this one! Highly recommend and will definitely have again… Seriously keep this on the menu, if this is some of that limited time BS, I’m gonna be mad

We got here at 5ish for happy hour on a Monday. Margs were $3ish for frozen or on the rocks. They have some pretty solid deals for food and drinks for sure. We got the blue curacao, strawberry, mango, and modelos. Drinks came out nice and NOT watered down. . We just got chips and queso with birria beef and chorizo. The queso was really good. I think they could’ve add more meat to the queso and tossed the chips.
This place is really nice though. A lot of people looked as though they just came off work, so the place was lively.
The server was real cool. She rang us up and served our food.

We went on Sunday for lunch, not busy. My only complaint was the cashier, had a very dry personality for customer service and seemed very unhappy to be there. Other than that food was very very good, with great portions.

We come here often because you get a lot of food for the price without sacrificing the taste. I often get their taco plate, but today I got their Chicken Fajita Quesadilla and it did not disappoint. My wife got the Shredded Chicken salad, which came with a ton of chicken and made for a leftover box. Our two boys shared a chicken quesadilla plate and had leftovers, as well. Overall, good food with different options.

My coworkers invited me to Fuzzy’s here awhile back. Other than myself, I don’t let anyone else make my drinks. I’m OCD and will measure the ratio of spirits in my glass. My family comes from the hospitality business and they own several bars in Kansas City.
Samantha is the ONLY person, I’ll let make my drinks. I moved to Midlothian (due to work) and it’s tough finding a knowledgeable bar tender. Like I said.. I don’t let anyone make my drinks BESIDES HER.
You guys are honestly fortunate to have an amazing person like her working behind the bar. Long as she’s here, I’ll continue coming back and telling all my friends and family to visit when they’re in town.
