I just ate there the other day had a gyro meat breakfast and was given honey for my coffee. I appreciated most the atmosphere most sit down restaurants have started playing loud music. Not here. The only thing started to bother me was when one guy started swearing. Other than this I like the restaurant and would highly recommend it

Wish I could give 10 stars. This restaurant is literally perfect. My husband and I came here for the first time today. Sat down quickly, food came out quickly and was hot. The food was absolutely incredible. BEST gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had!!! My husband really enjoyed his skillet and waffle as well. Everyone here is BEYOND pleasant, happy, smiling, and kind. Water and coffee were never low. This was the greatest restaurant experience I think we’ve ever had. Incredible customer service. Everyone was so personable. Will be coming back here very often.

A cool breakfast place. We went there with my sister’s family for breakfast around the holidays. My dad had just hit a deer earlier that morning, so it took a little longer to get out the door than we wanted. The place wasn’t too busy though. We figured it might be because it was Christmas Eve. We were waited on immediately which is nice. Everyone enjoyed their food. My son had a blintz plate while I had a skillet. I’d recommend people come here.

Hands down the best basic, greasy spoon breakfast in Macomb. We are breakfast connoisseurs and the pancakes here are the best we’ve had ever. We don’t know how they make them, but they cannot be beat. My family loves the skillets, and my favorite is the country omelette. Everything is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is great. Also, it is family owned, and we love supporting local businesses. Highly recommend!

We come here because my wife like the gluten-free pancakes. I imagine there’s great risk of cross contamination here, but she hasn’t had a problem yet. I loclve the skillets and the omelets, they are always very filling. The staff here is very quick and very friendly.

House of Pancakes in Sterling Heights, MI, is a family-owned culinary staple that offers supremely fantastic food and exceptional service. Run by one of the best families in Michigan, this delightful breakfast spot closes at 3 PM, so be sure to visit early. Their mushroom omelet is a standout favorite, and the warm, attentive atmosphere makes every visit special. Thank you, House of Pancakes, for all the years of excellent service and wonderful memories. I can’t wait to grow old and continue coming back for more!

I have visited this place many times over the last decade and always enjoy the food, the energy of the staff and the atmosphere. Please opt for pancakes, as they are tasty! Ask for powered sugar on the pancakes too. On the weekend they make grits and are delicious! I tend to go for the breakfast items. My husband usually gets some kind of sandwich or burger. I take a bite of those that look and smell good.
