Not here to talk about the food. Im here to talk about an amazing worker! I believe her name is spelled “Yupita” she was carrying the whole staff! She needs a promotion ASAP. This lady was working left and right and making sure all problems with customers were being solved. Not even the manager was doing all of this! She made sure the workers gave us our food after we were waiting for quite a while. She surely made us feel seen! Amazing job!! Give this lady a better position ASAP she deserves this and much more! Never seen a worker that helpful and happy to help! She also paid from her own pocket to give me and my friend free ice cream as an apology for the wait! What an amazing lady!!

Very busy Sunday morning. Parking lot is very small not good for larger vehicles. Kiosk is extremely user unfriendly and twice in a row did not provide a paper receipt. Had to wait in line to get one and they seemed befuddled the kiosk didn’t provide one. That happened twice in a row at 2 different locations. Breakfast food was OK. One egg mcmuffin was a little on the raw side.

Employees are incredibly disrespectful to customers and do not work to accommodate any customers who are not able to speak English and instead disrespect them. They also constantly get orders wrong making you have to go back to get what you initially ordered.

Before calling customers dumb and other names, have the decency of at least doing it in the back or away from other customers. Especially when it was a mistake on your part. It seems like they workers need some better communication with one another and definitely some better customer service.

I used to be a regular customer to this McDonald’s until a few days ago when they served me rotten ice cream. Made us feel sick. I been trying to call the restaurant to file and official complaint with the manager but they never answered. What a waste of my money. The employees should taste the ice cream before serving it to the customer.
