First time at Fuzzy’s Tacos and probably our last…Went today around 1:30 and we’re greeted kindly by the woman working the register. We didn’t know how things worked so she explained to us that if we wanted to sit at the bar or a high top we could be served, but since we had our 2 kids with us (3 & 1) we would need to sit on the other side which was self serve, seemed a bit inconvenient but we went with it as the kids were hungry. We ordered our food there at the counter and my mouth hit the floor when she told me our total was $51. We ordered chips and queso (hardly enough to share), 2 kids meals, a quesadilla and a taco plate (I ordered an extra taco which was $4 for 1 taco). I told my wife if the food was good I wouldn’t be so upset about spending $51 on what seemed to be fast food; unfortunately it wasn’t. Our food came out fairly quick (maybe 10 minutes) and my wife’s quesadilla (not pictured) was pretty good. My tacos, however were terrible – tiny, cold and dry and the rice that came with them was the same, I threw 90% of it away. My daughters chicken tenders came out without her side of rice, and the tenders were so stale that they were not edible. My other daughters quesadilla wasn’t anything to talk about – typical kids meal, she ate it without complaint. Overall, not very happy with our experience here. Service was really good, friendly and helpful but the food was not good at all. Definitely was let down.

Today was our first time eating at Fuzzy’s. The woman at the counter who took our order was lovely, kind & a great host. When we went to pick up our food, the woman who was expediting – shoved the tray at me & appeared annoyed we came to get our food. I was pleasant & she didn’t smile or say a word just shoved the tray at us. After we got our food I realized we didn’t receive our chips & salsa. I went back to the expo station. The same girl was there and was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She told me I already got my chips – incorrect. She said I’m supposed to bring the receipt and go to the other side. We had never eaten there & I didn’t know the protocol & that I needed the buzzer & receipt in order to get my entire meal. She handed me the salsa & chips without a tray, I almost dropped it. She was glaring at me & made me uncomfortable.

Fuzzy Tacos offers a great indoor and outdoor seating area. There are plenty of TVs in the bar area. The staff was very polite and courteous. The shrimp tacos are awesome! Give this spot a try.

Not a favorite! I ordered a Fajita Salad, and my husband ordered a taco plate. My salad was meah, OK only, nothing special. My husband’s taco plate had an otherwise tasty, well seasoned rice that was, unfortunately, dry with tough grains. The refried beans were funky tasting, cement like. The lady at the counter was very nice, but i wouldn’t see a particular reason for us to go back there.

Every single time I go, I have to get the shredded brisket burrito smothered in queso. My wife has tried other things on the menu and they have all been great. We aren’t fans of chain restaurants but this one is different for us. We’ve been to the temple terrace and Brandon locations as well, and the food is consistent across the locations (no easy task). It’s a little drive for us but we usually go at least once or twice a month. If we had one in town we’d probably be going weekly at the least

I came in with my 6 year old and newborn and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I forgot to grab a fork for my salad and they noticed when they brought us our food and ran and grabbed one for me so I didn’t have to lug the baby up to get one. The food was also great. My son is a picky taco eater and loved the tacos!

Very welcoming and laid back atmosphere. Fun names for menu items Our bartender/waitress, Katie, is very personable with a great sense of humor. She was as busy as a bee the entire time we were there but was a fantastic multitasker…holding conversations with every customer and keeping everyone’s drinks full like a pro!! We will be back!

We had a pleasant experience. There was lots of seating available and service was quick. The food was pretty good – it was surprising how affordable everything was, including the alcoholic drinks. The silverware was dirty, which was unappealing.
