We had top notch must try zydeco egg rolls, bourban street wings, shrimp and grits and NOLA red beans and rice. Diane one of the owners has a winning personality. She made the entire experience delightful. We will travel back to Shreveport to dine again. The rotating chefs is going to mist assuredly be an exciting and dynamic culinary adventure!

I regret to say that the food was not up to par, despite the staff’s endeavors. The lack of silverware upon seating was a significant oversight. Furthermore, the margarita’s sweetness, reminiscent of a smoothie with a splash of liquor, was uncharacteristic. The $45 price tag was not commensurate with the quality. The “Greater Value fries, tasted remarkably similar to those cooked in Old grease. The burgers lacked dressing, with only a small amount of cheese. The cracked water glass and delayed ketchup service further marred the experience. Nothing about this restaurant said fusion. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming.

My family and I were looking for a place to dine downtown (after the restaurant we were expecting to eat at was closed to the public and had incorrectly posted they were open).
We were lucky enough to drive by this restaurant and notice it was open. Even from the car, we could tell that the restaurant was clean and nice inside. We were warmly greeted by the staff and quickly treated like family. The concept of the restaurant is that they house different chefs so they can provide different food experiences. This idea is not only smart and creative, but it gives local chefs the opportunity to shine. The owner came by our table several times to check on us. She was just absolutely the sweetest and made us feel right at home. My 4 and 8 year olds loved the food, as did my husband and I. We will definitely be back and I’m looking forward to doing so!

This is a great new spot in downtown Shreveport. I love coming here to grab a quick lunch and everything that I have tried on the menu has been delicious. You should definitely check it out!
