Ive eaten here multiple times at this location, and every time I regret buying from them. The pizza is never warm, there’s barely cheese and sauce on it. It just tastes like dry flour with unmelted cheese, it’s not an authentic slice. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided I unfortunately will not buy from here anymore

Update from prior review..service sucks! I ordered 8 of an item. 4 with cheese 4 without, and order is wrong . I got ice cold pizza that no one will even EAT !
Paid for anchovies and one slice has 1!!! Foor took over an hour, the phone girl.could have told me over an hour wait and i would have either ordered somewhere else or came out myself to grab as the place is 5 min away! Asked for no cheese on ceaser salad and dressing on side, and parm. Cheese is on the salad !

Had a good chicken Caesar salad slice. Regular pie is good. Falls slightly short of being great. Need better crust at the end. Bottom of the pie is cooked to perfection though. 7.8

THEY SERVED ME AN ALMOST COMPLETELY RAW BUFFALO CHICKEN ROLL (see attached pictures. That’s not melted cheese that’s dough so raw it’s basically uncooked). The worst part is I was so hungry that I ate 3 or 4 decent sized bites before the overwhelming smell of raw dough completely took over my sense of smell and I ripped the roll open. I declined them fixing it because every time I’ve been there (5 or 6 times) it’s been something else. Whether there’s mistakes made on the order, something gross happening, or having a coupon or sale online and then when I get the order ready and call they say “that shouldn’t be offered online because for x,y, or z reason we can’t honor it”. Worst of all even when everything goes right the food is just alright at best. I will never be ordering from them again, and it’s a shame because I’m not even 5 minutes away. I already stopped recommending telling people to eat here from my prior experiences, now I’ll be telling people to avoid it like the plague. If you live close do yourself a favor and drive an extra few minutes to a decent pizza place.

Ambrosino’s Pizza was fantastic. Especially the margarita pizza. The lentil soup is absolutely delicious. In addition, I have tried many other dishes which are also delicious. The food is always served hot and pizza is always crispy. The service is excellent. Mike and his workers are always welcoming. The place is also immaculate. I highly recommend you try this pizza place!

The pizza here is top notch. With fast service and you can tell how fresh the food is with one bite. I’m so happy they put a Ambrosino’s in the Arden shopping plaza. Very happy when I don’t know what to eat and I decide on pizza I know where I’m going….!! Thank you

Love their pizza and mozzarella sticks. Haven’t had anything that I’ve disliked there yet. Service can be hit or miss. When they’re nice, they’re super cool and really nice. But there are some workers there that can be really cold. I’ve had more good experiences there than bad though. So overall, I’d recommend this place for really good pizza.
I love their grandma slice. Either regular or vodka. Both are great. I’d steer clear of their fried calamari though.
