This Winnetka branch provided a decent enough experience. The latte was good, the staff okay (friendlier with regulars). One star deduction though for the long preparation time (>10 mins), the noisy “teen takeover” in the early afternoon, and the very filthy restrooms (which they share with other tenants of the “Laundry” building).

If you’re not a local or if you’re not wearing the right attire or if you’re actually not a resident, be prepared to wait for your order because they either forgot or the order was lost in the chain. I waited for 20 min for my order while 6 to 8 people came in and got their drink before me. After that, i was asked what drink i was waiting for, meaning that they had no idea. I told them and i was told it was going to be another 5 min, i don’t think i even asked for my money back, i had a meeting to go to and walked out, haven’t been back yet.

I am always going to Starbucks at chestnut and spruce and I usually love the speed of their work and how there is often no wait when u order online. But recently the service has been down graded and so has their noticing to instructions. I have always gotten my bacon Goudas without cheese and that’s never been a problem. Recently all the times I order they always have the cheese on it and after waiting 30 minutes for my food I just don’t have the time to wait for another sandwich to come out. I’m truely dissatisfied with the recent service but hopefully it will improve!

Once again I came to this Starbucks… (it should be noted there are 3 closer to my house that I pass to come to this one)….and I met another super nice, friendly employee named Mark. I normally come here in the morning and I’m always treated so nice by those employees. Today I didn’t get here until 5.. no difference…another fantastic employee. Thank you Mark

The two guys who working today are very rude. The way they talk and greeting you just show that they don’t want do business with you and after I asked for extra ice in my iced coffee. The one who made coffee made such a loud rude comments about extra ice. Just not friendly place to be. Simply sucks. The coffee was good.

There best Starbucks on Chicago’s Northshore. The staff here makes you feel welcomed and is always eager to better your Starbucks experience. Even during busy hours this place has a Zen like ambience and most of it is because the baristas here exude positivity. Not for nothing do I skip the Starbucks literally two doors away and drive to this location that is eight miles away.
