Absolutely fantastic! Full Moon is just the spot that Alvarado Street needs. The menu was loaded with classic and traditional dishes. We found ourselves enjoying a bowl of hot and sour soup with a side of spicy sauce wantons! It went perfect with a few cups of green tea. To bring everything together we had the Szechuan scallops. Can’t get enough of there wood ear mushrooms. The service was very professional and we felt cared for throughout our meal. Will be returning soon to try more extravagant dishes.

Can’t beat the price! We got lunch specials and they were pretty good. Soup was bland but the salad and egg rolls were perfect. We loved the Mongolian beef and the noddles were good too. My Thai tea was prettt weak but not terrible. The service was great, super helpful and kind you can tell the restaurant was a little run down, ripped booths, sticky tables, etc… but overall it was good food for a great price

Went here on a super cold nice and it was just what my party needed, my partner asked to come back here next time we’re around Monterey. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helpful when a member of our party had dietary restrictions, we loved the hot tea and noodles we ordered. We did have to wait a bit for a table, but they’re busy because they’re good!

Local art displayed on the wall for sale, calming instrumental music, and perfectly flavored food. I ordered the onion beef. Sweet and savory! Nicholas was my waiter and did a phenomenal job taking care of me.

The restaurant has a nice menu with Chinese food and American Chinese food! They have hot tea as well as some other drinks. The food is flavorful and has a bit more oil than I like – but I understand that oil brings out flavor!

Nice location at the downtown. Good food with reasonable prices! We order dishes and a fried rice, which was more than 3 adults can eat! Strongly recommended it!

Came here with a few of the guys. Ordered the full moon supreme asked for it to be spicy. The guys got Orange chicken, beef and broccoli and cumin lamb. All were big portions and tasted delicious. Highly recommend!

So good! I stumbled by it while walking around Monterey on a Sunday afternoon. It has a nice dining area, but I ordered to-go and it was done in a few minutes. Great spring rolls! The man who helped me was so friendly and welcoming.

So good. We had the Kung pao beef and Orange chicken with Pork fried rice and chow mein. Best Chinese i’ve had in a long while. Dishes were full of flavor and didn’t need to add any condiments. Highly recommend this place.
