I ordered a burrito from this location today. As I bit into the burrito, I bit into a hard piece of plastic that was cooked into the burrito. Pictures included. Hoping that I did not ingest any of the plastic, as I am pregnant.

I come by Chipotle down in Red Bank almost every Friday routinely minutes before closing as I also work really late night, and the staff there never fail to be the highlight of my day! I love visiting, I love the food, and love the customer service I’m provided all the time. The conversation is very easily-flown, and surprisingly, most of the time it’s the same guy taking my order & I’ve been going there for almost two months now – and I don’t even know his name, loll. Shout-out to him, Melanie and the rest of the staff down there, the food is always great, the store is very well taken care of and nothing has ever disappointed.

The parking lot is shared by a lot of shops and narrow to get in and get out. Typical Chipotle setup to order and get your food. The lunch lines were long, and it took at least 12 minutes to place my order.
The staff who took the order for our group of 4 was very friendly and patient in taking out orders and no mess up. I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl.
The burrito bowl was perfect with white rice, black beans, grilled veggies, sour cream, hot salsa, corn, and lettuce. The ingredients tasted fresh and tasty. It was one good burrito bowl after my closer Chipotles experiences.

Really disappointed. I don’t know why I order delivery because it’s sloppy wrong lazy every time. Poor quality bowl for $25!!!! Chipotle really went down hill. Barely any beans. Missing Lettuce and green salsa. No utensils. Never again I’m done giving chipotle a chance. If you like to get ripped off this is the place to go. 0/10. Store owner should be ashamed. Hey got a free drink for my messed up order! Woohooo
