We enjoyed our timeat FS&H. We had a group of 10 and surprisingly did not have to wait long. Our server who took our orders was professional and efficient but talked fast and seemed to be in a hurry. Our chef was one of the more soft spoken ones which was ok by me. There were much more vocal and loud chefs but he entertained us well. We got just about everything on the menu. Tip: all meals come with fried rice and veggies. There is no need to order the noodles unless you really like noodles and are super hungry. We found the portions very robust and no one left hungry or without a doggie bag. Of course ordering appetizers contributed to our full bellies. All in all we had a good meal and time. We spent just under $40 per person including appetizers, a few soft drinks and the tip. No desert since we were so full but the tempura ice cream was tempting.

This place is amazing!!! Everything was perfect! Staff, food, environment, cleanliness, service…… all top notch!!! I would recommend the Burning Man Sushi roll with the tempura vegies appetizer!! The miso soup is delicious. And you can’t go wrong with the Bento Boxes! It’s a little pricey but well worth it!! Highly, highly recommend if you enjoy Japanese cuisine!!! 10 out of 5 stars for me!!

Foods good! For the portions and flavor I’d say it’s reasonably priced. Nothing that will really knock your socks off… The Hibachi grill is always entertaining and great for parties or dates. Staff was quick and very polite as well. Atmosphere is very cool with the Japanese style architecture and decor. Only thing I’d say they can improve on is making it brighter in the entire restaurant. It’s VERY dark. I saw 3 people using their flashlights on their phones just to see the menu to order.

The customer service and food quality/portion has gone down tremendously for the price. I’ve always done curbside pick ups and have never had such poor customer service nor skimpy portions for the price. Definitely never returning again.

It’s one of my favorite places to eat in Ammon. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. I always do the hibachi grill because it’s fun watching the cooks do tricks and interact with the guests as they cook our food. They make it a very entertaining and memorable experience. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi and hibachi!

It’s a little dark and you would think that it’s an expensive place. However, they are spot on! The food was fantastic, and I loved the hibachi steak. The service was great and very professional . Oh, and don’t forget the Yum Yum sauce one of my favorite places, plus you can have the hibachi experience. Great atmosphere and family friendly.

The food is great and we love going here for birthdays and special occasions. However I brought my sister and nephew from out of town to eat here today 6/12 before they flew back home and had an awful experience with the manager. We walked in the door and my sister wanted to get a quick picture with the Sumo wrestlers to document her vacation (this is her special getaway as her husband is in the military and is deployed right now). As I’m getting the kids lined up to take a picture the waiter said, “When you are ready follow me.” I said ok and turned to take a picture when the manager walked up and rudely told us to follow the bus boy and take the picture on the way out. I was really shocked at the abrasive way she basically demanded that we go right away. We had been in the restaurant for less than a minute and were treated with such disrespect. I am not a confrontational person, but I told her that the way she’d asked us was really rude especially as I’m walking in to pay money to eat there. There was another group that walked in at that moment and caught the exchange but otherwise there was no wait at all so I don’t understand the rush. She never gave a sincere apology and defended herself to the end. She even gave me more attitude about it which I was shocked about because I was not trying to be rude but to explain why I was upset— I was trying to build a bridge of understanding and she Godzilla-Ed the bridge right down. I am so disappointed with her unapologetic, abrasive treatment of my family. This could have been easily solved by a sincere apology.

This location is in Idaho Falls Ammon area. The food was out really quick. For a nicer restaurant in the area I expected it to take longer but in all honesty it was a wonderful experience. The food was great and the staff was excellent. Some of the tables and seating was old but I had a comfortable time. There are vegetarian and gluten free options. Really good filet mignon.
