We have been dining at this establishment for many years, although it has been some time since our last visit due to relocating out of the area. Upon arrival, we noticed the bar area was completely closed and the lights were off. When we asked several employees for clarification, no one seemed to know the reason.
While the cook provided excellent service, the overall quality of the food was disappointing. It was clear the issue was not preparation, but the product itself. Unfortunately, my wife and I agreed that the experience did not justify the $110 cost. Regrettably, this will likely be our last visit.

My family went here last night. We were seated right away, but we waited 10-15 mins at our table, and no one greeted us or took our drink orders. It looked like they only had one server working. In the meantime, we looked up reviews and saw that they recently had a 79 health score a few days ago, so we left. I would recommend going to other hibachi restaurants that are less than a mile away from this one.

Service was absolutely terrible! When we received the check my meal was up-charged $7 and my husbands $5 and they go ahead and add in the tip for you?! I understand doing that for a large party but there was only two of us… when we asked about it the waiter proceeded to tell us he was new and didn’t know why (which is a lie we have had him as waiter in the past) he said “maybe they added tax?” Why would they tax each individual meal?! Then others at our table never received their sushi they ordered before even ordering their meal and when they asked about it they were told it would be another 25-30 minute wait… and they still tried charging them for the food they never received!
We really used to enjoy Fuji but we will definitely never go back!

Food is good. I have been coming here for many years and usually I would give a 5 star review but recently they’ve started being stingy on the portions and high on the price. This is how much rice they gave me and I know for a fact the rice portions used to be way higher than this. I’m really dissapointed in the portions and I asked them about why another person at my same table as to why their rice portion was way higher and they said it’s because they didn’t get vegetables so they got “double portion” um i’ve NEVER heard of this before and even with vegetables this is how much they give you .. and this is Without me eating anything off of my plate by the way .

Upon arrival at 2:19 p.m. 12/14/2025, there was 3 employees at the front of the restaurant where the host/hostess stand is. They totally ignored my wife and myself never once acknowledged us, they just stood around the register carrying on personal conversation about a different person. This went on for a few minutes.
There was no other customers waiting at that time.
A group of 4 customers then came in behind us. One of the employees left going towards the back another went to the seating area of the restaurant the 3rd and last employee came towards my wife and myself. Then out of nowhere she looked at the customers behind us and asked them how many in there party. Totally ignored us, I mean it was really like we were not even there. Not sure who trained these people but that was the one and only chance this restaurant had for us to become patrons.
I stated the time and date above so if per chance the owner or manager reads this they can go back on the camera system and verify this non interaction by their staff.

My daughter and her son were leaving town so we decided to spend some quality time together before they left. Talk about quality This place is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is delightful. The food well… amazing!

Shrimp tempura bento box. Wow it was good and the sushi was great. It wasn’t to busy when we were there service was good. The calamari was good but very small portion to price. They have a white sauce that would be good on anything food or maybe a flip flop, its good. we will be going back soon.

Got there 40 Minutes before Close and just wanted some fried rice. Didn’t get seen by hostess for 5 minutes and then was told “We close at 9.” If you close at 9. People should be able to order food at 8:30. If you want to stop serving food at 8:30 close at 8:30. I work in the service industry and get that its annoying when people come in a few minutes before Close. But 40 minutes is ridiculous. Youre making food not ice sculptures. I Won’t be coming back and if you want to be treated like a valuable customer you shouldn’t either.
