10.24.25/6.50p – Google needs to add a zero star option asap! The last 3x’s here have really sucked. Tonight was the ultimate deal breaker though. I and about 7 cars were waiting to order. I sat at the intercom for almost 10 minutes without receiving acknowledgement. So I drove around to the 1st window…. No attendant. I got to the 2nd window and a big dude (afro, red cap, saggy jeans with drawls in full view and a way too short shirt) walked off without acknowledging me. A person wearing a navy uniform, orange natural, yellow skin sees me at the window; yet proceeded to fill inside orders …. I guess. The, stops to stare at me and ask “you said something?” I asked whether I could place an order. She said “no” and continued making a strawberry shake/smoothie. I was shocked so I waited some more. She asked again: “did you say something?” I asked again “may I order here because I was waiting a while at the intercom….” She interrupted with “no you can’t (with more attitude); we are short staffed.” She said that she told me to hold on while I was waiting. I was with 3 big kids and NONE of us heard a thing…. because she NEVER acknowledged our presence. I snapped some pics and rolled off and the total waste of my time was 15-20 minutes; no food and horrible customer service.. She wanted a confrontation really badly; yet couldn’t get it from me.
Avoid this location on weekend nights. They are ALWAYS short staffed and rudest during those hours!
I’ve experienced this before at this same location. It’s time for corporate to do a serious overhaul of this one. Get rid of all of the repeat violators and hire fresh talent before this location bites the dust!

I understand the price of things increasing, but when your prices go up, the quality/quantity of your menu should not go down! These “patties” are much smaller than the bun and the 2 of them placed atop one another aren’t even as thick as one of the 3 buns.

Well, in this case, I can’t really tell how the food was because I ordered something at 20 minutes to closing through the mobile app and showed up 17 minutes to closing. Nobody ever came to the speaker nobody ever came to any of the windows and I pulled around and the employees already had the door open to leave and were doing the final cleaning, and they were packing up to leave please see the attached pictures and video. Either they should update the McDonald app which is supposed to let us know when they’re open or not or stay open for the hours that they say they’re going to be. This is not the first time this has happened here. The hours on the door did say 11 o’clock, but they stopped serving well before that.

I visited the McDonald’s on Blairstone Rd around 9am on Feb. 7, 2026. The drive thru wait was not long, the person taking the order sounded kind. My complaint is that I did not receive all of my change. First of all when I handed my money over she took it and said nothing but started to close the window. Maybe for security, close the window. Anyway I said excuse me you didn’t give me change yet. That’s where her attitude shifted. She got my change then handed it to me. I didn’t get a receipt but I knew what the total was. When I Ieft is when I realized her error. Now, what can be done.

The store opens at 5AM You can pull up to the drive-through at 6:30AM and never get a response December 2, 2025. So I ended up pulling off. Atleast acknowledging the customer even if it’s longer than a 5 minute wait to take their order would be better than not saying anything.

I requested separate bags for 3 meals. I was handed 1 bag of food and 3 extra bags. When I asked for the food to be separated I was told No by the unprofessional manager on duty. I was the only car in the drive thru so They were not even busy. The service was terrible and the stud at the window refused to separate the bag also as she looked through her phone. I also asked for contact info for higher management and was given a bad number. To top it off the fries and nuggets were not fresh as I requested “well done”. Definitely the worst McDonalds in Tallahassee! No customer service, No accountability, and Food is not up to par!

I only come here for the times I’m in a pinch, and regret it every time. I have a very short window for lunch, and typically a trip to McDonald’s would suffice bc it’s fast food. Not this location. Twice now I didn’t get to eat lunch at all because I got trapped waiting in the drive thru line unable to leave. The line didn’t move at all for 30 minutes and nobody was taking orders. Thankfully the people waiting behind me were kind enough to see that I wanted to back out and let me. Worst location ever.
The last time this happened I was upset enough to email corporate, because I had paid for a meal and never received it bc I couldn’t wait 30 mins and be late back to work. They sent me some free meal vouchers which was nice but I def won’t use them here. It sucks bc this is one of the few fast food options near where I work. I won’t be forgetting to bring my lunch again.

Order the same thing from two McDonald’s a number four round egg orange juice. One place charged 7.83 the other one today charged 8.60 something they didn’t give a receipt. I asked if it was a round egg on the number 4 the response was that’s what you said when you ordered isn’t it. Well a bacon egg and cheese biscuit is not a sausage biscuit with egg,which is what the number 4 is. And one other comment warm orange juice not even slightly chilled
